The only thing I would change was the breakfast. It wasn't very hot in the heater to keep it warm and everyone was struggling with the water decanter for hot water for tea.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were so friendly and really accommodating and friendly. Brilliant stay and close to the city centre. It was great weather so we were able to walk

I hate to mention any negatives, but there was a water leak from the ceiling outside our bathroom, which was discovered only as we were trying to sleep. I suspect the floor tiles upstairs were not properly installed, as I noticed gaps in the grout in our own bathroom.

Staff were extremely attentive, helpful, and kind. Breakfast was a fantastic value, and the bar/dining area is beautiful with stunning views. We had a great time chatting with other guests and staff into the evening.

Continental breakfast was lovely, fresh and plentiful however we would prefer a cooked breakfast even at an extra cost.

Friendly warm welcome, spotless room and comfortable beds. Close to the city centre so we walked everywhere but the City itself is quite hilly.

They don't answer any messages or emails. We have been asking for receipt and have not got it. Also they say they have private bathroom but it is not in the room. You need to go downfloors and the bathroom is there. The numbercode lock on the bathroom door was not working very well.

Booking.com need to update app to make sure property entrance PIN is available more readily than it is currently. I struggled to get the messages up properly! Bit of damp in bathroom that needs sorting Room is next to kitchen prep area so a bit noisy in the morning

Had a little trouble locking the room door when we were leaving to go for dinner. Staff were great and helped get this sorted.

The location of the property was great, just a 10 minute walk into town centre. Plenty of free parking outside too.

Lovely stay. Very nice to be in Serendipity House. Staff are very friendly and helpful discussing travel plans. Fantastic view of Derry from my bedroom. I was able to do two trips to the Irish Republic, a few miles away. An excellent four night stay in Derry. Would highly recommend.

The level of noise.

Room was lovely, spacious & clean - staff were very welcoming. The breakfast was great, nice that it was included in the stay & that we had the option of a full Irish fry! We will definitely be back again!

Electronic locks were a little bit glitchy but aside from that everything was just fine.

A great place to stay! Easy self check-in with all the needed information provided before the arrival. Comfortable room with an amazing view and everything you might need. Breakfast is a bit simple but that's absolutely ok.
