You can hear other doors opening and closing, street noise in the morning. Shower was basic and water could have been hotter.

When I made the booking it stated that the price included all taxes and charges but... the receptionist when I checked out insisted on an additional charge of £18.80 - not a big amount but annoying.

The receptionist on duty when we checked in on Sunday evening was delightful, very welcome and extremely helpful. The daytime receptionist at check out Tuesday just before noon not so much.

Th room was small but nice but the TV was terrible, not just the poor quality of uk tv today but the set up in the room was useless. Flat screen connected to a sky box with a remote that did not work. Very poor, why do hotels make this so annoying

The location is excellent to get around the hospitals around consultants around Harley Street. The restaurant was lovely, nicely cooked in an Italian style with great staff who really looked after me.

Everything was a little small! I appreciate it's London, yet some clever photo's have been taken. It's certainly not a bad place to stay, it's just that the photo's lead you to believe it's bigger than it is. From the reception to the rooms.

Instructions for TV not clear and had to ring reception for assistance Phone didn’t connect well in room - probably a loose wire connection The complimentary bottle of water was much appreciated but some biscuits on the tea tray would have been nice.

As it’s a townhouse hotel- no sitting area . This was fine as we didn’t expect other.

I was charged £5 for an extra cup of coffee at breakfast as they only allow 1 cup in the price, never had this at a hotel before and first coffee was cold so that’s why we ordered another one. They also added a service charge on the hotel booking, again never had this before, the price of your room should include everything in my eyes and we didn’t use room service as only stayed one night.

The room was a good size, and bed was comfortable. It was nicely decorated and the shower was nice too. Great location for exploring London, and not too noisy either. Breakfast tasted nice too.

After all the great reviews the breakfast was only average. Our hot dishes only arrived warm and there was no refill policy on the coffee. You just get one.

Great location with many restaurants and shops nearby. Small room but with everything I needed, such as a comfortable large bed, a lot of closet space and a desk, including an excellent internet connection. The bathroom is small but not tight and has a large enough shower. Finally, the breakfast included in the room price was great and the staff was very nice and helpful.
