Grandma loved everything about it, the only small thing she mentions was a clock would be a great idea to have in the room due to the fact she lost her phone so had no sense of time. But honestly, nothing to not like!!!

The location was perfect. The room was very spacious and the view was pleasant, especially with a cup of tea that was also provided in the room. Great little toiletries too. The breakfast was amazing! Never an empty tummy, and always a satisfied group of taste buds! Really was accommodating and Andrew did amazing to help make sure my grandma was comfortable in the lower floor room to prevent stairs. Very secure property and easy to follow instructions.

Hubby wasn’t keen on the crates as tables.

Access was simple with the detailed instructions given. Our room on the first floor had a bay window with coffee table & chairs to watch the world go by, with spectacular views of Swansea Bay - there was also a couch in the room. The bedside ‘tables’ were upturned wooden crates with sockets behind, so charging appliances was no problem. The en-suite was small but adequate - although the hand basin was in the bedroom. There was a tv & kettle with supplies of tea, coffee, etc. Breakfast - made and served by the host - was chosen the night before. Tea, coffee, milk in the room was topped up daily. There was a communal lounge downstairs with a tv, couch, etc. Andrew was very welcoming with excellent communication prior to arrival and we had a good chat with him after breakfast one morning. The property is located over the road from a pay and display car park and the promenade. Excellent location for walks and the local shops, bars and eateries. Bus stop outside which takes you in your Swansea itself (which was free on the Saturday).

The only moan we have is that the mattress was too soft for us. The shower pressure, we were on the top floor, was a bit low and WiFi wasn't amazing.

The View to the sea was over a street and a parking place There was some noise from the street but the Windows were quite good.

Wonderful Müsli for breakfast.Very comfortable bed. Very nice and helpful owner. Beautiful walks along the coast closeby.

Fantastic view from the bedroom and breakfast room . The Coast House is run efficiently and the managers are very friendly and helpful . The bathroom and tea tray were all tip top and lovely crisp linen and towels . The breakfast was cooked hot and fresh and to a high standard , very tasty . Highly recommend, we will be back : ) Like the freedom to collect the keys at a time that suits you via a key code safe .
