Basic accommodation. Slightly dated, could do with a coat of paint. Mostly clean. Dirt on skirting boards etc. Unable to connect to the WiFi.

Location is amazing. Staff very helpful and friendly. Ideal for a short stay.

The toilet was too small with not a lot of headroom for someone who is 6ft 3".The carpet on the stair was loose and potentially dangerous-I reported it to the reception staff.

The apartment was tired and dated in places, but clean. It looked like it hadn’t been updated in some time and some TLC is needed. Cooking facilities were quite basic (no coffee maker or bottle opener, but a rolling pin, why?). The lane and courtyard leading to the apartment were scruffy.

The up keep of the property was disappointing although cleanliness was fine the tiles on shower n the paintwork through was v rough in areas. Lamps not steady as each had loose parts. Kitchen sink area damp n wooden worktop warped also tap not fixed well. The actual building is lovely but the apartment needs basic upkeep n maintenance of simple tasks I recorded all this with reception on departure

We has some terrible upstairs neighbours on the first night (bunch of young lads by the sounds of it) and we felt the hotel could have dealt with that situation better as we didn't get any sleep that night (although they did refund us the cost of our stay that night by way of apology!)

Great location, dog friendly (they even had a dog bed ready for our Pom!), had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away

Apartment needs an update, little tatty round the edges but very clean . Also need more instructions on how to use facilities like the cooker and heating.

Roadside apartment, quite a lot of traffic noise and not much light in the main living area so difficult to read etc.

Central location with free parking. Comfy bed, plenty of hot water and controllable radiators.

Beds where awful! The mattress felt like it’s from the Second World War! Uncomfortable and cold place! The door on the bathroom couldn’t even close properly! Traveling with young kid the bed wasn’t made up for him! Told reception but no one bothered to come and get it done , when the booking was made for 3 ppl! The floors were dirty and dusty! Very close to main road , could hear noises from passing cars all night! Disappointed from this place as I’ve stayed before many times but no more for me! I’ll be choosing different accommodation on my next trip to Inverness!

There was really nothing to complain about though when we ate in the dining room on the first two nights of our stay we did notice a change in the attitude of the team on duty on the second night. On the first night the team had been attentive and friendly but the next night we found the staff to be less efficient than their colleagues

The flat was lovely. It could do with someone tending to the paintwork but, it was, nevertheless, a really lovely, spacious apartment. The hotel itself is beautiful and the food in the restaurant is really very good.

The apartment itself was small and cramped. The extra bed was in the actually living area leaving no space to move . There was no toiletries (soap) in the main bathroom, and very limited crockery and utensils in the kitchen. Ther staff were unhelpful . We had an issue after we left the accommodation and there was not followup

The apartment was extremely run down and was not very clean, with dust and hairs everywhere, the carpet is thread bare, kitchen worktops need replaced. The whole apartment is in desperate need of a full renovation!

The bed could have been more comfortable, but that could be our own preference. The radiator in the livingroom wasnt working but a plug in heater was supplied.
