Being switched from my hotel to another whilst on our way to Blackpool! I had parking booked close to the hotel but when i was switched this was a 30 minute walk instead of 4 minutes!

The hotel is rundown and filthy I know it's pet friendly as we took our dog but I wouldn't even say its fit for my dog I let him sleep on the bed and for 85 pound for the night it's unbelievable worst place I have stayed in blackpool

Being kept awake on our second night by banging an loud shouting in the room obove us even scared my daughter all nite to the point she was crying

The staff and management were really friendly and chatty were very helpful aswell

Rooms was dirty with poor ventilation there was dirty socks left from last visitor's floor was hard with talc and hair left bathroom was dated again with no ventilation we had 2 family rooms 114 and 115 and both was equally as bad wall's was hot painted curtains was stained up and quite see £122 plus £15 for my dog oh and not to forget the £20 per key deposit what we got back but wasn't aware of this till we had already booked iv stayed at better places in b.pool for less money

We really enjoyed this hotel budget hotel not much we didnt enjoy becuase owner is making improvements

The owner and team were friendly and welcoming the hotel is undergoing some changes so it has potential for a really good hotel dont forget.its a 2 star ** hotel with great service if you like luxury go elsewhere if you like budget hotel then this is up your street room was clean staff were friendly and welcoming bed was comfy and tv on the wall great cafe around the corner gor some good breakie

The steep and stairs were hard work with our buggy and luggage and there was no hot water.

Not much, it was adequate for one nights stay and we can’t grumble because it was cheap. The property is dilapidated and needs a lot of repairs but at the cheap price we paid it was to be expected.

First room had a dirty bathroom due to birds nesting on or in the roof(!) and dirt raining down and you could hear their feet all the time. Creepy. Told the manager right away, but no cleaning until the next day when we got offered a better and clean and quiet room. That room was ok on a basic level - for half the price it would have been barely acceptable. One lamp in the room, no lampshade, no bedside tables, no bedside lamp. Black mould spot in the electric kettle!! Clearly marked firedoor in hotel was kept open by a fire extinguisher (nice humour!). Outside trash laying around in front of the basement floor windows just a step near the main entrance. Must have been there for weeks. Would have taken the manager one minute to clean that but noone cares obviously. Very run down.

Right in the middle of Blackpool. That is the best that can be said about this hotel. And: friendly staff.

£40 to book with booking .com, £15 per night on a large chalk board on entering the property, makes you feel like you have been robbed before you even check in, phone call from reception in the morning to tell you to check out at 10am which you are already aware of, and knocks on the door before 10am,felt rushed out the door, £20 deposit for TV remote control and key, have to look for staff to get deposit back,

Staff very offish, had to pay 2 x deposit for rooms, nit friendly or welcoming, you Nedd to let people know about deposits on booking.com not everyone carrys cash and too many signs trying to get more money out of you

Receiving a call when we were out to say there was a CO2 Leak from the boiler and we were having to move hotels , furtunately we were close we had intended to travel further . Fortunately it was part of a group of hotels and able to find an alternative room about 1 mile away with imediate access , however dont want to think if the group had no spare rooms and if we had not been able to move in at 10am as we did . The outside area was untidy with rubbish , not a good first impression. Sign not fully lighting up . It has put us off staying again.

there was no hot water no shower given key to use a shower in other room the second afternoon but not near original room and through the bar area extremely noisy at night had children in the group who got no sleep only one light working in room curtains hanging off would like some kind of refund

There was a lot of noise both inside the hotel, and also outside in the general area as well. Also, I left some items in my room by mistake, after leaving the room, but when I went back to get them later on, one of the items was missing. It was only a very inexpensive item, but it does indicate that items can go missing in the hotel. The hotel itself could be doing with some improvements, especially in the outside areas, as you could tell it was possibly a nice hotel at one time, but it seems to be fairly run down now. Most of the staff were reasonably friendly and polite, but some of the other guests seemed to be fairly anti social.

The location of the hotel was very good, and also the room itself was very well furnished and was very comfortable as well.
