We only stayed one night so we weren’t bothered too much, but could’ve done with a hand towel and a bath mat, as floor was slippy and wet when getting out of the shower.

Staff were very helpful and friendly when available. Breakfast was nice and room was okay.

The only issues we had were the room had a little dust in places, the bathroom fan was coated in dust! Also one of the lights in the bathroom didn't work. It states that junior suites have robes and slippers in the room which ours never did and it also comes with a fridge with complimentary drinks and snacks and again no fridge or snacks and drinks in our room! They also do room services but there isn't any paperwork or details of what u can order in the room. Felt just lacking a few extra touches at this hotel

The hotel is in a great location, staff are very friendly and happy to help. We stayed in the junior suite and it was more than big enough. Breakfast was amazing value for money and quality of the food was excellent. The swimming pool and sauna are a great little addition although the pool isn't very deep. We really enjoyed our stay!

Breakfast excellent Evening meals bar and restaurant good but pricey Guy behind bar 10 out of 10 he actually made my stay! If only all customer service was to his level...the world would be a better place

The hotel is decent but decor is looking tired and the pool is tired. No room for loungers and the jacuzzi only big enough for 2 adults.

Location is ideal to explore bournemouth and the coast.

There was no steam room in the spa area even though it said there was one. Dirt on the walls The room was far too hot even though I turned down the thermostat The breakfast on the Sunday was not nice bacon you could not chew Coffee it was not coffee Beans didn't taste beans The shower was so small in the room and it needed resealing

Shower took ages to heat up Was part of interconnecting room so was noisy. Glass from previous guess on the flood caused my partner to cut their foot

The food in the restaurant wasn't up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel.

A short walk from the sea and places to eat. The swimming pool was great. Polite and helpful staff.

Although it had been recently decorated downstairs the paint was chipping off the walls on the 1st floor as you left the lift, and again some chips in the paintwork in the bedroom. Also the plug socket above the bed was a little bit loose so the phone charger didn’t work properly .

View from our bedroom was terrible, blocked gutter by our room meant heavy waterfall right by the window all night long, no working tv for our first nights stay, no blind in the bathroom.

No ventilation in the restaurant (&ballroom?) making it unbearably hot in the afternoon when the sun shone in. This was in contrast to the airy bar where patio doors were open. After ordering, a half hour wait for our evening meal, watching other customers arriving & receiving their food as we waited.

Good breakfast, great dance floor. Charming, helpful staff.

Couldn’t find the gym, the bar was unstaffed for long periods and it was cold in there in the evening. Small lift. Long-ish waits sometimes. Some of the staff seemed a little inexperienced and one was quite unhelpful but overall staff were friendly.

Location and that it had a restaurant and pool and sauna. One room had a balcony and partial sea view. Most of the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good but very busy.

I booked a king room , then paid additionally for a mystery upgrade , but still only had a kings room. So I didn’t like the fact they charged me for an upgrade I didn’t receive

Had to pay for a decent coffee. I was shocked that there was only instant coffee available. Drinks were a tad overpriced.

Staff was lovely and we had a great stay. Breakfast buffet was amazing so compliments to the chefs.

Bathroom door was slight broken, but manageable overall it was a great time. Didn’t even really bother us as we had soo much more that was perfect.

We loved the fact that we was able to use the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna during our stay. We extended our trip a day because of this.

Would have been better with a small fridge in room. Spa changing facilities needs managing in terms of used towels. Sauna needs cleaning.

Bed very comfortable. Quiet considering large hotel. Location excellent. Breakfast very good with lots of choice. Spa facilities were a welcome bonus. Staff very friendly. Nicely decorated.
