Booking .com advertised this hotel as ' breakfast included ' when I first booked.then denied it. It would pay to screen shot your original selection when booking anywhere. This was not the fault of the hotel.

Our stay was fabulous,Lisa and Annette is very welcoming they explained everything to us places we can visit .The room smell fresh and very clean Free tea and coffee with a electric kettle. Water and milk was provided in the fridge.Definetly recommend this place.

Wish we had a bigger window to open for the sea breeze.

it was spotless! had the most fabulous Panasonic view of the sea. There were lovely small touches of milk in the fridge, biscuits to have with your coffee and a jar of sweets. bathroom was beautiful and had all the shampoo, wash hand cream etc.

The shower was a bit too small for myself, I'm short and a size 18 and so I had some difficulty but adjusted fine after a day or so. We did book the small double so the sizing was as expected.

Friendly, welcoming host. We had the freedom to come and go as we please. Location was excellent on the North Bay, quiet night's sleep and everything was a short walk away. We visited the castle, the South Bay, the museums etc The high street is 10 mins away on foot. 5 minute drive from the train station. It has a front and back entrance which helps avoid walking too uphill. The view from the room was excellent, all you can see was sea. We booked a small en suite double and it met our expectations, it was clean, comfortable and homely. Wi-Fi in the room was good. Option to connect to Smart TV on your Netflix or Prime accounts.

Excellent location lovely view of the castle and sea. Lovely breakfast plenty of choice. Comfy bed clean and Covid safe room. Just like an old fashioned B and B. Lisa is so lovely and helpful nothing was too much trouble!

Very welcoming hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Toiletries were provided along with tea and coffee and a jar with sweets in. Asked the day before what you wanted for breakfast so i had many combinations.! You were given a time slot for breakfast and that suited us. The room was advertised as a small double. Yes it was small but we only slept in it so it wasnt an issue. The room had a lovely big tv on the wall along with a seaview. Overall yes i would stay again.

our room needed modernising and after a good deep clean it would be perfect.

The food was excellent hot and service was to we even got to watch the dolphins from the dining room window as we ate breakfast. We were unfortunate to have the last room available and the only one without a sea view the room its self was spacious but was in need of modernisation also it was not very clean but i have to say the extras are second to none copious supplies of tea milk coffee hot chocolate and even a big jar of toffies welcomed us. our host was so welcoming friendly and helpful at all times she is dead easy to chat to and has a lovely sense of humour.

The 17 stone steps up to the Main front door were challenging for my husband (recent bi-lateral knee replacement) as were the two additional flights (17 more steps) from Reception to our first floor room. But to be quite honest the warm welcome from proprietor Lisa (and her Mum) more than compensated for the extra bit of time and care it took negotiating the stairs. Ramleh will definitely be our first choice accommodation when we are next in the area.

Property in a good location with parking on site (first come basis). Excellent COVID sanitising measures. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was amazing; plenty of choice and happy to accommodate other preferences. We had Room 1 which overlooked the back of the property on North Marine Road and directly opposite was Scarborough cricket ground - ideal as our stay at Ramleh was to watch and enjoy the cricket. The room facilities from bed comfort, cleanliness to the little extras like the sweetie jar exceeded our expectations.

Great location at the north side of Scarborough, not far from Peasholm Park and the open air theatre, Lisa will go above and beyond for anything you need. Great breakfast and rooms are spacey and spotless with en suite.

Fabulous location close to the seafront. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. The little touches in the room, jar of sweets and selection of hot drinks made it really lovely.
