The location, and the lady on the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful. She really made a difference. Also the duvet was just right and the window was really easy to open, so we had a very comfortable night.

Nice location, might nor be walkable into the city centre for everyone. Well priced. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast included was a nice surprise.

Unfortunately in my first room there was no light switch for the bathroom just a exposed fitting for the switch in the ceiling and the shower/bathroom tap dripped. This wasn't a big deal for me but might not be ideal for a light sleeper. There were no issues in any of the other rooms in the group so I must have just been unlucky.

The staff were very helpful allowing us to keep one of the rooms when we had two separate bookings on back to back nights, they also allowed us to check in at 11:30 pm as we had lost track of time. They also had a room with breakfast snacks, cereals, fruit etc which could be used for free which was a nice bonus.

Uncomfortable bed,too hard, Build up of dust and debre behind bathroom Sink, Old And tired looking room. FIRE ALARM WENT OFF multiple times and unsettled us on first night/Morning.

Carpet very stained in bedroom

Rudi the receptionst a very helpful young man. The room was very dated. Needs a new carpet and window in bathroom not closing properly. It was fairly central to town and bus stop nearby. No cooked breakfasts, just help urself to tea,coffee, fruit and snacks.

Carpet was filthy, huge water stain on the ceiling of the room. Mattress very firm and pillows not very good, also not sure why the duvet was rolled up looking pretty on the bed when we got to the room, I don’t want to pay for a hotel room then make my own bed. Radiator in bathroom wasn’t working so it was a bit fresh in the bathroom. Shower screen doors didn’t close properly so drenched the floor through the gap. There’s only 3 car parking spaces at the property. Breakfast was just cereal, cereal bars and fruit with drinks.

Excellent location for us to access Bristol. Friendly staff for check in but wish they had a name badge on.

Only instant coffee sachets for breakfast. Microwave had clearly been used to warm up a curry so porridge had a strange flavour.

What you get for 150 quid a night is an absolute shock. The carpet needs a good professional clean, the windows are old and falling apart, the mattresses have springs sticking out and poking into your body, towels quite small, toiletries quite limited. Breakfast was pretty mediocre too. And lots of weird people hovering about while the building isn't staffed. Not sure what we are really paying for.

Staff were nice, it was easy to check in.
