Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomOn the weekend. The breakfast between 8:30 and 9:30, the times were a bit restrictive, and the closing of the bar at 10. But I do understand that the staff were having to run a pub, deal with food and run the hotel side. So it wasn't a deal breaker

United KingdomThere really wasn't anything wrong with it. If I had to struggle to say something then it wasn't the most glamourous room I've stayed in but I didn't need or want it to be. It was perfectly sized for one or two people and had plenty of storage.
I stayed three nights in the en-suite single room which was absolutely spotless and cozy even when the night got chilly. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. I would return without a moments hesitation. The location is in the centre of Bowness which is perfect if you want everything on your doorstep. Also the pinot grigio blush was amazing.
