Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe pillows were a little not to my liking, one was too few and too were too many! And my room windows backed out into aircon units on a small roof, which made noise and were hard to ignore sometimes. But after staff asked how my visit was and I notified them of this, they immediately offered to try and change rooms for me, and said they will place a marker with my details for my next visit, to avoid the same room. Also the anti slip surface in the bathtub is a bit rough if you're having a bath but not unmanageable
Love the hotel, been there before and enjoyed my stay then as well. The location is very good for its proximity to the NEC, just 15 mins away. The food was delicious, the salmon niçoise salad in particular was amazing and I ordered it two days in a row! Enjoyed the room service which was quite prompt and well presented. Happily mirrored my phone to the TV so could watch whatever I wanted. The breakfast was excellent, would definitely recommend it

They helped solve the issue of Booking.com not reserving two rooms efficiently and quickly. Luckily they had an additional room as the night before they were completely full. The bed was very comfy. The restaurant was very pleasant too.

United KingdomLack of controls for the rooms air con/heating. Pool complex needs some money spending on it. It’s a bit grotty in places and it shows. Jacuzzi out of order, drained and not in use. Apparently it’s been 12 weeks after speaking to a local.
Walking distance from town centre. Well equipped rooms. Good breakfast choices and eggs made fresh.
