The rooms are dated and could do with a revamp.

Location of hotel was great, close to Singleton and Morriston Hospital.

A few repairs needed. Didn't really bother me but it would improve the overall impression.

Location - 15 min walk to the night life but far enough away to be nice and quiet. View of Swansea bay/ docks. Leisure cluband bar/ restaurant provided everything you need. Decent room. Clean and modern.

I didn’t like the fact that anyone could come into the rooms. Most hotels I have been at had to present the keycard to get into the lift or staircase to ensure no one else is getting in other than the hotel guests and seeing as there is a wellness centre and Starbucks it attacks a lot of people so I don’t not feel comfortable that anyone could come In. What we didn’t like about the room was that the window was leaking. It rained during our stay and there was a lot of condensation and overall it felt cold near the window even thought it was closed and the heating was on. There was also a mark on the bathtub wich made me think it was a bug or dirt.

The property was nice with a large gym and swimming pool, saunas and jacuzzi. I enjoyed all of them The hotel room was nice the bed was very comfortable and had a large bathroom with clean towels.

Window was broke, noise and draft from it and mould all around the window. Electric also stopped working in the morning and heating system didn’t work

The room I stayed in was on the second floor, above the exercise room. You could hear the music from the exercise rooms early in the mornignand in the evening. Perhaps improved soundproofing to th vrooms on the second floor can be introduced. I booked accommodation in November, and the room I stayed in contained an all accessible bathroom. This is fine, however, would have preferred a normal bathroom. I did ask to change rooms, however, this was not possible. The reason provided was that I was provide my rom if there aren't others available. I boded in November for a January stay. Is this correct?

My child found 2 tablets under the bed. My son is 3 years old and very lucky he knows not to put things in his mouth. He is very forward for his age. This could have been so different!!!!

cooked breakfast inedible, worst i have ever had and I have stayed in hotels for business for over 20 years. Room smelt damp. Air con / heater was hit and miss. check in procedure too messy and tech based. No need for it.

Parking easy and staff all nice. Evening meal was decent. Gym decent too.

When we arrived our room was freezing and took ages to get warm. No instructions to use air con, tried everything. Back and for to reception eventually 6 hours later they sorted it. Breakfast was a shambles - on till 930 went at 9 all buffet dishes empty plus bread took 1/2 hour or more for bits to be refilled. It’s a buffet - should be constantly topped up !

Our bathroom stank so bad, like a sewerage smell, rooms quite dated too we felt. This would put us off booking here again

Looks lovely on the outside and in the entrance hall etc. front of house staff really nice. We were there for the Christmas party and that was organised well.

Struggle with the shower in a bath. Fire door constantly banging on floor 2. Food at party was absolutely awful. Meat overcooked; bone dry, stuffing inedible, dessert could be used as the foundation for another hotel - rock solid.
