Drinks were overpriced and deterred us from eating in the hotel. £7 for a can of ordinary beer was outrageous. Setting reasonable prices is an art, but with Bradford on Avon a short walk/drive away it is easy to get cheaper meals and drinks

Every member of staff was very warm, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Staff in the main hotel, the pool area, garden area and cleaning, all had a smile and warmth about them. In particular the pool staff regularly tidied up and replaced drinking cups The cooked to order breakfast was superb

Although we are dog lovers we were not keen on large dogs being allowed in the restaurant. On one occasion two large dogs at the next table were rather intimidating and their owners seemed oblivious of this.

The relaxed atmosphere and the choice of activities for the children made it perfect for a multi-generational family break. The catering was of a very high order with fresh produce used.

It is quite pricey. I appreciate the hotel offers a lot of activities for kids. However I don't feel it justifies the price. Dinner was average.

Loved the beautiful building and facilities. The kids' stuff they offer is great. Parents get the opportunity to relax a little, which is lovely. The staff is attentive. Breakfast is great!

Honestly... nothing!

Fabulous family hotel that is perfect for young kids (and the dog!). Whilst the kids loved it, it is also fantastic for the adults, with plenty to keep the kids occupied. We can't wait for the next visit!

After three days, we'd exhausted the menu. The food quality doesnt quite match the price tag.

Really relaxed. Friendly staff with lovely attention to detail. Great pool for kids. We all left much more relaxed than we arrived.

Wonderful, unique, relaxing, chilled hotel with the most lovely staff. Perfect for families with kids. Nothing is a problem for the fantastic staff who are happy to help with everything. We had a fab time and we loved the pool and other facilities. We would love to return.

Carpets and furniture needs an update

Our room was called Birdie, we had a king size bed and my two year old had a day bed, he was provided with a toddler stool, potty, kids shampoo/ body wash. The hotel was amazing at being prepared for children and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Lighting in bathroom not adequate

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Lunch was required outside of normal hours, but the staff was willing to rustle something up. Breakfast the next morning was excellent, despite my showing up late. Loved seeing guests with their well behaved dogs, babies and children. An immediate observation was the attention to detail - even the waste paper basket in my room was made to look pretty with a lace doily placed inside rather than the usual plastic bag.

Not knowing there was a service charge on every drink purchased in the hotel. But we would still come back anyway. Love, love, loved it!!!

Outstanding staff, made it felt like home. Facilities exceptional. Clean, cozy, characterful and within easy reach of town of Bradford upon Avon. We spent each day out and about exploring different areas. Plenty of walking.
