Excellent facilities, great breakfast, clean good size room with amazing views, not far to walk to the Temple of Poseidon, beautiful beach.

great buffet breakfast. Exceptionally tasty restaurant food, including Greek based dishes, which can be ordered to the room. fantastic view from the room and huge balcony. nice sandy beach and easy access to Sounion Cape with its extensive archeological site.

The only thing that would have improved this visit....even though it was October it was hot and the AC in the room did not come on, most likely shut down because of the time of year. Was a bit warm and stuffy, but only a bit.

You could not find a more perfect location when seeing Sounio. Not only could we have walked to the site but as we had dinner we could take in the view of the temple lit up and with the moon behind it. Truly lovely. The hotel backs up to a small bay with beach front and sailboats harbored. Was a perfect spot!

It's quite expensive. Tea and coffeee making facilities in the room would be nice, though a kettle is supplied if requested.

Fantastic location on the beach right under the temple of Poseidon. Room was spacious and comfortable. Great views. Tasty breakfast served on terrace. Friendly and helpful staff.

The umbrellas on the beach did not tilt which was only an issue because it was hard to find a shady spot. Also, we came at the end of the season, so some things were being taken down but that’s not really a complaint, just a seasonal fact!

Beach view and view of the Poseidon was TREMENDOUS. Really nice. The easy access to the Temple of Poseidon was also great. Staff support was terrific and very responsive. The person at the desk helped us with driving directions to the airport.

The hotel was clean but a little worn. The breakfast spread was average (small selection only).

The hotel is located at the tip of Cape Sounion with a very nice beach at its doorstep. Beautiful view of the sunset. Also just five minutes drive to the Temple of Poseidon. Dinner at Verandah Restaurant was excellent (we had fresh seafood). Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good base to explore the Sounion area.

-Big room with big bathroom. -Great view of the temple and the sea. -Great location right on the beach. -Sun beds were free for the hotel guests. Free towels were also included. - Very good breakfast. -Other than the hotel restaurant, there were also 2 Greek tavernas with good food nearby.

The hotel interior seemed a little dated, like its heyday was in the 80's but the staff was very friendly and the location was top notch!

Location, Location, LOCATION. What a beautiful space they have. The beach is pretty and the views of the beach, water, and temple were amazing. It was also the best sunset of our trip!

The split bed with separate sheets. One big sheet over the two mattresses would’ve made all the difference.

Restaurant had only 2 options for Vegetarian meals…some veg meze options but very limited larger meals.

Great breakfast variety, excellent staff. very comfortable beds, great shower water pressure, very thoughtful set up for entire property. Restaurant was fantastic.

We stayed in a suite which was super but the fitting for the shower was in the bath and low down - so it was not easy to have a shower.

A warm welcome at an amazing location where you can watch the sun set over the sea and the stars come out over Poseidon's Temple. We enjoyed the breakfast watching the boats in the bay and dinner was fantastic. As a guest at the hotel we were able to use the special area at the beach with comfortable beach beds and shade - we loved snorkling from the beach and saw lots of fish due to the clean water. We loved staying at Aegeon Beach Hotel and hope to return.

Steep hill to get out (used taxis); lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Location was excellent; restaurant was wonderful - lovely varied menu, high standard of cooking; good value for money; our room was large, well positioned (lovely view of the Temple) & always extremely well serviced. Lovely beech towels; laundry efficient & good value for money. Overall very impressed.
