air conditioning has to be paid separately. it was only for the night, but after we talked about it, we could make a deal.

It was continental breakfast, so everyday the same, but it was fine. The pool is very cool. the host is helpful and kind. it was opcion to rent quad/ motorcycle and bike. lot of restaurant and small shop around, tattoo saloon too, beach is in the near (5 minutes on foot)

the rooms were small, dirty, the bathrooms were disgusting and the apartment we were staying at was 2 minutes away from our friends which they didn’t mention on the website. there was one employee who was miserable and made us feel not welcome. every time we seen him he had nothing good to say and was always giving out or making sly comments. the other two employees working there however were very nice and treated us with great respect and made the place worth it to stay for the price, sometimes they even played games with us like ping pong which made us feel very welcome

It was a bit loud and anyone could walk into where the rooms were from the street. Food wasn’t too great but you get what you pay for. We had a problem with our shower that didn’t get fixed until the next day. Bring your own toilet roll as you had to ask each day and would only give you one between 3 people. The cooking facilities weren’t good so go elsewhere if you want to cook. Air conditioning cost 25 euro extra. Pillows were very hard but the beds were comfortable. Restaurant glasses were dirty too.

The staff were friendly and the location was great, right in the middle of the centre of Kavos. The pool was ok needed to be cleaned but we did spend time there everyday.

Our apartment was robbed by the cleaners. Expensive make up was taken. The girls in the room next to us were also robbed by the cleaners. Make up and clothes had been taken from them.

READ! Linen were changed, but room was dirty. It was cleaned during next day but untill that floors were sticky and there was somebody elses hair around. There was no air condition. Two apartments have common balcony, so leaving door open is not an option. Pool of the picture is actually three blocks away from apartments. Same goes with wifi. It's available only in main building far from apartments. There was only cold water in shower. All in all we were really disappointed about the place. Couldn't sleep almost at all because of noisy neighbours. "Good kitchen" is merely a joke as you can see in pictures. Our room was quite different than pictures. We left after first night of three. Didn't get any compensation or money back because lack of "real" reasons.

It would be good to have a sharp knife in the kitchenette area.

When coming I was scared by all the comments I saw in ratings. But I enjoyed a lot. All services are well described and aligned with what the place offers. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and clean. The sea view balcony is a plus. The pool area was very clean and well maintained. What ealse do you need on an island? You anyway spend most of the time enjoying time out. The location is just next to Green Busses stop and close to restaurants and shops which is very convenient - you do not need to carry all your stuff. We all know that there is a lot of buildings on Corfu that have their finest days behind. So it is about making decision what you value most. Oh, and bike/scooter/quad rental is so good to have at the same place.
