Great location close to everything in Skala but tucked away so very quiet.I had a suite overlooking the pool at the rear which was perfect as it had a little more space and sun on the terrace in the afternoon/evening.The shower room was small but had everything I needed.WiFi was excellent.Breakfast was adequate for me.And the owner/host was charming and the staff hard-working.The whole place was spotless.

Very close to Skala town for travel options and restaurants. Owner was very kind and helpful. Pool was a great addition. Very beautiful and interesting property located opposite a small beach on the edge of town

Easily accessible from the ferry and close to city center. We had a room with sea view. They were very helpful, each room has a booklet&magazine on Patmos.

It is not that I didn't like it but parking in Skala is a bit difficult.

Room was very clean!! More than I expected and they cleaned our room every day! Furthermore, stuff and Miss Katie were very kind and helpful! The location was perfect! Near to the port!

The location of the property was unreal . So close to the port , shops , bars and restaurants of Skala . The room was comfortable and we loved our balcony and watching the ferries come in and to relax.

Location was excellent….so convenient from the ferry and for all amenities in Skala. The welcome at the hotel was first class and was maintained throughout our stay. Car hire facilities within the hotel were the icing on the cake.

The host was great! She supported and facilitated our every need with great simplicity and answered any questions with extreme kindness. The location of the hotel is right in front of the pier where all the ships arrive and where many people pass. The view from the balcony is a real spectacle! The room was very quiet.

The chains of the anker from a large cruise ship harbouring at night can be noisy

Kathy and her team are great hosts, the rooms are very clean, daily fresh towels, a delicious healthy breakfast with homemade pastries. Perfect location to visit the island and enjoy the activity of harbour and Skala centre. Add a nice clean and large swimming pool and as such greatly recommended!

For the time of the season, still high, nothing to dislike..

We stayed at this hotel for a number of nights in a pleasant enough room overlooking the swimming pool. Not our favourite view but all that was available. The owner was a very nice lady who together with the cleaning staff kept a spotless establishment. And our hotel was not too far away from the main port which made it handy for boats to catch.

The only thing which would improve the accommodation would be a small kettle. We took our own so was not a problem.

Everything was very good. The beds extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was very quiet and didn't blow across the beds. Brilliant location and lovely view.

The nicest hotel in Skala. By the sea at the small fishing harbour next to the main ferry boat pier. Everything within walking distance (port/town, bus station, taxi-station, shops, bars, restaurants, etc.) Excellent views of the bay from the front rooms and breakfast area. Great breakfast, kind staff, decent pool, lovely room. Couldn't ask for more.

Parking is restricted in the area near the hotel so there might be 5-10min walk to the dedicated public parking area. Not the hotel's problem but something to be aware of.

Very nice location near the bars and the port. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Didnt try the breakfast or the pool, but they seemed ok. The owner/staff were lovely and always smiling.

We couldnt stay longer we only had 2 nights was too short!!!!

Everything the lovely owner kind and helpful in every way so central we got off the boat at the port and there it was right in town!She gave us a bigger and more spacious room (despite us arriving late at night, )overlooking the port which was like a paradise setting for us so beautiful...
