Our plug holes in the bathroom smelled a bit like sewage sometimes… but really there was very little not to like!

Amazing location, facilities and food choices! Very clean and well presented with modern amenities.

Surroundings and not being able to go on nice walks. Other than that no faults to the property.

The mini bar fridge is designed to sit in a drawer with the safe in a smaller drawer above it. We thought that the fridge wasn't working until we realised that the safe was getting hot. The design stops heat being removed efficiently from the fridge. Pulling out the safe drawer allows the fridge to cool and then it works perfectly.

Superb location and facilities. Everything was well thought out with enough staff to help. There was even a member of staff on hand to give advice in the gym.

Nothing we could fault with the hotel.

We loved Corfu Imperial. Everything from the start was perfect. The staff were fantastic- really helpful and they had thought of everything. Including an early check in as we arrived early in the day. The beach was lovely, and so was the pool which was heated at this time of the year. Room was very comfortable and the food was excellent.

While the staff was attentive it almost seemed too much and a bit pushy to book things through the hotel. Do not let that sway you away. This resort was an amazing find.

The grounds are beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. The staff was very attentive. The rooms were cleaned daily. There were a bunch of free activities. The property was located on the beach. There isn’t much not to like about this property.

One word to describe this trip - "blissful". Everything was perfect about this hotel and the staff were great - I honestly can't fault anything! From the hostess on the door at breakfast, to the Maître d' (Chrysa) who we had great conversation and laughs with, to the staff on the reception and concierge desk, to the cleaners, to Chris at Watersports, to Nick and team on the beach staff.. honestly - everyone was AMAZING! Parakalo everyone! My husband Rohan organised an anniversary treat for me and the concierge team helped him organise it all. We ended up doing a boat ride with Chris at the watersports team and it was one of the best moments of my life. There are plenty of food options on site and also in the sister hotel next door and the food is ON POINT! The free shuttle bus to town is very handy and helps to save money, and there's plenty of facilities including an outdoor cinema screen, spa, plenty of swimming pools (so it never feels overcrowded) and lots of seating areas indoors and outdoors across the hotel if you want to read a book or just sit and watch the action. Please go... you won't regret it!

the fact that we actually had to leave.

absolutely everything. there is no way to fault the property. we came for our honeymoon and were treated like king and queen. never in a million years have we been to a resort where even the children are brilliantly behaved. our entire experience was magical - we fell in love with this resort and we just can’t wait to go back. thank you to all the staff, you’re all beyond incredible.

The resort is beautiful. The grounds are amazing. We loved the swim up pool. Nice beach area. Excellent breakfast. And the staff were all wonderful! Really no reason to leave the resort. Great amenities.

Thé Beach area is stunning, the pools are warm , the restaurants are excellent, The location is second to none , the whole experience is amazing and exceeded my expectations. It is a top class 5 star hotel.

No mosquito web at window so that you can sleep with the window open. The mattress were too soft.

I left my very special earrings in the safe and the staff were unable to find them. I worry they may have accidentally been taken by the gentleman cleaning my room. I am still yet to hear an answer as to whether he was confronted about this. I would really appreciate their return with a cash reward as well.

The beach restaurant was amazing - the food and wine choices were excellent. Also the French style fine dining restaurant was a personal favourite, and the staff absolutely wonderful.

The indoor pool could've been a bit warmer. But seriously, NOTHING we didn't like.

Staff and facilities were incredible. We had probably the best massage and facial we've ever had in our lives. Restaurants were stunning as well as the property. As you can expect, it is a little pricey...but you're paying for what you get. Convenient location but still very private. Only 20 minutes to Old Corfu. The valet boys were great. Loved our stay here. They gave us a complimentary anniversary cake. Outstanding.

Whilst there are several restaurants on site I have to say none of them wowed us, the food is nice but nothing that was outstanding so I would say this is our only criticism. Also, book your restaurant in advance as we could only eat in the buffet as no bookings available elsewhere on our first night and the bookings on other days as quite late, 9pm onwards, we are early eaters so this didn’t always work for us. I think the hotel should offer to make you a booking for your first night so you have an option where to eat.

This hotel Has everything running like clockwork, absolute credit to all staff and managers for providing an excellent service. You do not struggle to find a member of staff in this hotel and they are all extremely polite and keen to assist you. I couldn’t fault a member of staff here, nothing is too much trouble for them. Rooms are spacious and very clean, we had the swim up room which we loved. Always a lounger round the pool. They have open air movie nights too which was a great feature. Buffet diner has a wide range of breakfast and dinners, we didn’t eat lunch here so can’t comment. There are several AL la carte restaurants on site too. The hotel provide a mini bus several times a day to old Corfu town which is complimentary so you can get about to various locations. Numerous excursions offered from the hotel and again the concierge desk are there till late to help you. You can manage all your needs via the app, if you down load it and o found this a great way to make bookings for our stay.

The one thing I’d recommend is to eat in Corfu town, or towards the west part of the island, as the food in the hotel isn’t exceptional. It’s not bad, just not worth staying in for. The bees are also terrible but that’s everywhere in Corfu.

Nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Incredible and vast property, 4 restaurants, a swim-in movie theatre that’s out of a movie itself, luxury shuttles to town, a spa with a stream room, sauna and cold water pool, and all the little things done right. Live music every night, random treats at the pool, and attention to detail at every step.

I feel that the beds, linens, pillows, robes and furnishings in the room could do with an upgrade. The bed wasn't very comfortable, it was too soft for me and felt quite 'worn' and out of 4 pillows I only found one that I could use. The cream colored chair in my room could have used a clean.

Breakfast is a very well laid at buffet with more options than anyone could want. I am not a huge fan of buffets but it's so large it never really felt as if I was in a 'bun fight' as my Dad used to say.

We were on our honeymoon and the hotel upgraded our room as a surprise. We ended up in one of the maisonettes with a private pool and private decking on the sea front. It was incredible. We definitely return! The food, service and facilities are without fault.

The sleep quality is terrible, the bed is not pleasant, the blankets are made of material that makes you sweat at night. We asked to be changed but were told that this is the case in the whole hotel. A bit disappointing because we woke up every morning with a tight back.

The hotel is very beautiful, the private beach is pleasant.
