There is no hair-dryer in the room, but you can borrow it from the reception, BUT you need to return it each time you use it.

The breakfast costs 5 EUR - it will exceed your expectations, highly recommended.

The receptionist was always hiding / smoking, had to send other members of staff to locate her. When located, she had a surly attitude. All members of staff appear to have mentally checked out, Bed was very hard. Having stayed at this hotel probably 12 times in the past 8 years, appalled to see deterioration in decor, amenaties and staff attitudes.

Old building and not at all soundproofed. The facilities need a full renovation because the bathtub would not drain properly, the bathroom window was a bit wonky and the room had a weird smell even though it looked clean. Our room was next to the utility room of the staff so we would wake to their work in the really morning.

Close to where I had to be. Very nice and rich breakfast for a relatively low price. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room had everything we needed.

The most inconvenient thing during our stay was the bathroom. I had troubles with hot water, sometimes the maximum temperature was moderately warm. The bathtub was really small and a little dirty - the silicone around the bathtub was showing some dark marks, probably mold. Those are, however, minor things due to the fact that some furniture and appliances aren't new. Beds are also not too comfortable but I got used to them after one night.

The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily, sheets and towels were changed daily and rooms were equipped with everything that we expected and needed. Breakfast was tasty and there was a wide variety of things to choose from including many vegetarian options.

We had a corner room, meaning we had 2 sliding balcony doors giving great airflow! Very clean room. Breakfast was buffet style. Lots to choose from & excellent value at €5. Ideal location. Planetarium is just a minutes walk away. Easy drive into central Athens.

I’ve stayed before and was perfectly happy with the room 411? but this time we were given room 302, which was very small for 2 people. There were no bedside lights and only one electric socket to use, on one side of the bed.

Quiet, very clean, comfortable and unassuming small hotel placed within short walking distance from the public transport stops. Located near small park/walking area beside the National Greek Opera building, ideal for an evening walk. Big choice and delicious continental (buffet style) breakfast if you will choose that option (it's definitely worth in my opinion). Room and bed very comfortable, very clean, nice friendly staff. First thing which gave me good impression and confirmed me in my choice was, when I walked in it was the fresh nice clean smell and neat uncluttered interior. Chose this hotel for my fist solo holidays after years without holidays after long consideration and comparison with others and it definitely was a good choice. It was my first time in Athens and it was a blast and the hotel was big part of it. Highly recommend.

The vacant rooms in the building have their doors wide open which was a little strange. There was also no toilet roll on my room the first night but this was easily rectified.

Sound Isolation between rooms is not good at all. You can almost hear clearly everything from the next door. Beds and pillows could be better quality.

The Ladies and the Gentlemen on the reception are really nice and helpful. The breakfast is correct and delicious. The room was deeply cleaned every day. The beach is 30 mins by walk, the city centre is 30 mins by public transport. The street is quiet, there are some supermarkets in 10 mins by walk. I really suggest this hotel for everyone.
