It's a great place for families- there are many toys available, including beach toys and a swing. Kostas and George were welcoming and helpful . The bed is extra-comfy and everything was spotless. There's also a nice garden and each room has a terrace where you can spend time reading or having breakfast.

We spent here 11 nights and it was just perfect! Kostas and George were super nice and attentive, made us feel like home from day one. Our room was cleaned daily and the garden is well-kept. The kids loved the place, toys were available, and that was a nice touch. The location is very good. quiet, and still in a very walkable distance to everywhere. The kitchen is fully equipped. This vacation was such a delight thanks to this place, We can't wait for the next time 😄

The guest house is very peaceful with a nice garden and in a central position (both for beaches and for restaurants). Nice balconies where to have breakfast / spend time. In the reception area there are many toys where kids can play and have fun with. Hosts are super friendly and helpful.

Kostas and Yorgos took very good care of us. The reception room is equipped with lots of toys and our kids were happy to spend some good time there. It looks like hosts insist on cleaning and so it was very clean. Nice garden. Overall we recommend Nicolas Beach for a good carefree stay.

We had a great stay at Nicolas Beach. After coming back to the area for many years this is by far the best bed and pillows we have had so far. Facilities was very nice and a short walk to the beach or restaurants.

The shower was small, which is not uncommon in Crete. The water pressure was great, though!

We loved the proximity to beaches and restaurants. At the same time, the hotel is on a quiet street, which made for excellent sleeping at night. The young man at reception, we didn’t catch his name, was very hospitable and made us feel at home. he gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. we appreciated that the kitchen was set up with coffee and juice. we enjoyed the complementary raki on arrival, and in the fridge!

It was very hot, would love to have the opportunity to get some shade at the balcony - like a umbrella or shaders in any form. And a broomstick to swipe of the balcony would be great too.

Nice, quite and small hotell. Got everything you need, beaches and restaurants are all close by. The bed is super comfortable.

We were countless times on Crete. After several years we discovered Paleochora on a day trip. Since then we relaxed there 4 times in a row. The last 3 holidays at the Nicolas Beach. For now we don't plan to change that habit for the coming years. Wonderful place with wonderful people. Who could ask for more. Special greetings to Pantelis, Odie and the owners family.

PERFECT location - just steps from the beach in one direction and the charming “downtown” in the other. rooms are immaculate, the price was more than fair, and the bed was super comfortable. i would 100 percent stay here again & reccommend for anyone else to stay here, as well. perfect spot

We had a fantastic time at Nicolas Beach. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very good size, with useful kitchen corner. The property is very well located, close to both Paleochora beaches and to the town centre, yet quiet. But the highlight was the manager Pantelis, who went out of his way to assist and entertain us. I can't recommend Nicolas Beach highly enough, thank you!!

Absolutely nothing could not fault it.

It is located a short walk from the main beach and the centre of the village where all the Tavernas are. Beautifully clean and decorated. Comfortable bed and very good bathroom with toiletries provided. The kitchenette was very well equipped and the cherry on the cake in the fridge provided was Bread, Cheese and Ham, Eggs, Butter, Water, Juice, Jams and Raki!! There was also Coffee, Sugar and Honey. Fantastic! The welcome from the staff was excellent. Thank you.
