We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very clean rooms. Perfect view to the sea on your balcony. The swimming pool was very warm and lifeguards are watching and checking everything so it is perfectly safe!

United KingdomDrinks were expensive, 17 EUR for a cocktail. However, we found a beautiful non-Sani resort beach bar (I think it's linked to the campsite) halfway between Sani Club and Sani Marina, where drinks/cocktails were much more reasonably priced (10 EUR). The resort is mainly set-up for families, so be prepared for lots of children, but there are adult-only areas of the beach and staff do try to sit you in quiet areas at meal-times.
Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, lots of activities on offer. We were x2 30 year olds and we participated in archery, the tree top climb, Bear Grylls survival school, hikes, snorkelling, all of which were free. Would advise downloading the Sani app to pre-book activities and restaurants, as they can get busy. We used the evening Dine around menu in 11 of the restaurants around the resort and all were excellent quality. The resort also has a shuttle bus and a fleet of Volvo cars to drive you between the hotels. At any time of the day we didn't have to wait longer than a few minutes for a transfer.

Switzerlandeven at full board there are ways to get you with the costs. a decaf coffee is 7euros if you want one outside of breakfast time!! it was the only thing that we were disappointed about. drinks aren’t included and there are no cheaper options…at all’ we spent twice as much again for food and drinks while we were there.

Beautiful grounds set on a pretty bay. Room was amazing- large with a huge balcony and perfect sea views. Staff were amazing, felt very looked after.

GermanyThe decor looks very dated and our room smelled so strongly of mold that we had to move to another one. There are very limited options for vegans/vegetarians, only one option per restaurant even included in the dine around program! As a result the half board is kind of pointless and the lack of options takes the pleasure out of the dining experience. Even for breakfast we had to specifically request vegan yoghurt every day and only other option was fruit (even though we had provided our dietary requirements weeks before our arrival). Everything is overpriced: sparkling water cost 8 Euro! And it feels like the resort finds ways to charge you on top at every turn.
