A wonderful house, furnished with style and attention to every detail. Extremely clean, nice breakfast. There is a free parking space. Cafes and restaurants are nearby. A wonderful garden. Pleasant and responsive hosts. We will go back there again with our friends because Kastoria is a very beautiful city.

The host was amazing! I had several great discussions with my host about the history of the area and the Byzantine churches. He gave great local recommendations, and I saw more than I was expecting. I came to Kastoria to see the churches and frescoes, and the location of Venetula's Mansion made walking around the city a breeze. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious. The property was clean and well maintained. It was easy to find and parking was good. There are several great tavernas just outside the back gate.

The only con is the absence of air-condition, although I understant it is very rarely needed (but it was needed the nights we stayed).

The hotel staff are so nice and welcoming! The service and attentiveness were above our expectations. The rooms are very clean and cozy and the historic building is beautiful. The location is also perfect.

The hotel is beautiful. It has a soul. It has a beautiful terrace with tables used by guests, a beautiful view of the lake, and incredibly beautiful flowers. Everything is kept in the best order. So many old and preserved pieces of furniture and various details caused my absolute admiration and left the impression that many different crafts have been preserved in that small beautiful town. The room is clean and equipped with everything you need and it's done with a lot of style, not too little and not too much, but just the right amount. I woke up early to walk around the town before breakfast. Going down the stairs, I smelled the beautiful smells of the food that the hosts were preparing for the guests. The breakfast was divine. I am pleased that I chose this accommodation. The hotel is highly recommended.

The breakfast was amazing. Not just the variety and quality (homemade koulouri, cake, spinach- and mushroom pie, fresh fruits, cheese, eggs, crazy-good and Greek mountain tea) but also the room itself is like a dream with the countless windows with a view to the lake and the roofs of Kastoria. Supercosy in any weather. The garden and the upper balcony are lovely as well. Profitis Ilias is just a short walk from there, worth checking out. Authentic and refreshing experience!

A nice property in the most beautiful neighbourhood of Kastoria (Ntoltso). The owner was very kind and helpful, the breakfast delicious and traditional, and the room clean and cosy with a nice view to the lake.

We loved Venetula's Mansion. It's in the perfect location in this beautiful town. The hosts are charming and make you very welcome with suggestions of places to go and things to see. The traditional house is beautifully restored and features lots of original features, artworks and period furniture.

If your room is on the street side, when your window is open (and in summer it just has to be) you get too much noise from passing cars and people.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Old aristocratic villa ambience. Brilliant location just a couple of minutes from the square and the lakefront. Hearty local breakfast.
