Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Netherlandsthe noise in the hallways of the hotel after midnight. It is noisy in the hotelrooms (you hear people talk and walk in the hallway) and when you are travelling for work every minute after midnight I would like to sleep ;-)
top location, everything in walking distance. personnel very helpfull, breakfast reasonable, a lot of choice but if you do not like to eat oriental food in the morning the choice is limited, that's why I state reasonable.

Singaporeshower was not working properly. bath tub faucet will still flow even while the shower tap has been fully turned, resulting in low water pressure for the shower. harbour city mall is locked from 1am onwards, making it difficult to access late at night. Taxis tend to drop us off at prince hotel instead.
