English breakfast was actually very fine smoky bacon slices, spicy hotdogs (not sausages), toast and cold red beans. Tea was ok - ask for Black Tea, the "Indian" package. My partner is French so "American" coffée isnt strong enough. Ask for a double expresso and its OK. The Fridge in our room was really noisy - we turned it off every night. No kettle , ie no way to make a quick coffee/tea in the room.

Its on the main "Rave" - the port-walk/ seafront Staff are really friendly, no problem there. Its an "old" hotel, the lift shows its age but no issues. There is a 24h guard, so you can come/go whenever you like. We left at 5am and getting a coffee/tea was no problem.

Considering the price, some services were problematic: - baggage storage was not in a separated room but my luggage was collected close to a table of the restaurant; - the table lamp close to the bed was broken - there was no electricity plug close to the bed - payment by card was not working

The position is wonderful, in front of the marina of the city. Good breakfast in the morning. Clean room and new bathroom

There didn't appear to be many staff around especially to cover reception. Perhaps this was because it was nearing the end of the season?

Great location on the water front. Windows in hotel were double glazed so there was no noise in the room. The room was comfortable with a waterfall shower

It was nice to have breakfast outside but that is where it went downhill. We were on a tour that day and arrived just as breakfast was starting. We were the only ones there and it took forever for the waiter to give us the menu and then to take our order. We found him to be quite rude as well. By the time our breakfast arrived we had 10 minutes to quickly eat it and run for the tour. We were not impressed at all.

What you’re paying for is the location. Cute and very antique atmosphere. Breakfast was okay. Order the Shashuka it’s the best.

Receptionist not very hospitable. On a Saturday night even with window closed you can hear the crowds walking along Riva. I was fine with that considering location.

The cleaning lady for our room seemed like she didnt want to work. Bed was never made, trash not taken away every day and don't look under the bed. Breakfast wasn't great, but edible. The waiters were extremely nice though.

The shower was amazing, the whole bathroom on its own was pretty good. The location was also great to explore the town and to start excursions from.

It didn't matter to us, but there was no view as the window looked out to the alley and was shuttered.

Small hotel above a bustling restaurant right on the main promenade. Room was surprisingly quiet, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good.

Staff were helpful in helping us check-in early and leave our luggage for a few hours on departure. Also in finding us a table in the restaurant on Saturday night when it was busy and we had not booked. Good location right on the front with nice views.
