Great location - 5 min to the Pile Gate. The apartment has a lovely balcony with a perfect view at the Old Town. Josip is a great host - he was waiting for us and helped us with our luggage. He also gave us a lot of useful recommendations what to see and where to eat :) Apartment is quite old, but spacious. Quality is just fair to the price! Basic utensils in the kitchen. I recommend staying there.

Shower door needed fixing and there was no shower gel/shampoo at the property. There was no channels on the tv in the room

These aren’t things we didn’t like more just suggestions to improve. Have big bottles or more shower gel and shampoo…one tiny shampoo bottle between 2 people isn’t a lot. Balcony clothes rack for upstairs with pegs so can hang towels and togs to dry.

Josipa was an amazing hostess. She gave us some really good tips on things we could do in Dubrovnik and places to eat. Helped us with bringing the luggage up. Apartment was clean and tidy. Good size for couple with nice view from the balcony. Easy walk down to old town and some beaches. Quick Uber to st Jakov beach.

What a lovely apartment this was, my girlfriend and I stayed here whilst travelling Europe Let me tell you, the photos do not do the view justice, simply amazing the view, we sat out so much on the balcony and loved it. The apartment is a very good size and clean The hosts are great on arrival, we were met at the main road and then she went through the map of Dubrovnik and gave us recommendations on restaurants and bars and what to do 100% value for money and would stay here again when coming to Dubrovnik

Excellent location just a 10 minute walk from the old town. Yes there are a lot of steps but that’s just Dubrovnik so there’s no avoiding it. Very nice, simple apartment. Lovely balcony and view. Very friendly host.

Words cannot describe the time we had here, the hosts are absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make mine and my partners stay perfect. The apartment was clean, tidy and in a perfect location, it had all of the amenities that we needed. It was my partners 30th birthday and the owners went out of their way to put up the decorations that I brought, and they bought us two bottles of champagne which was a lovely touch. They did all of this when we were out so that my partner had a lovely surprise when we got home. I highly recommend this apartment to anybody looking to stay in dubrovnik. Everything was perfect.

The ubicacion's apartment was just 6 min walking from the Pule gate. So quality-price is excelent.

No coffee, tea and milk made available for guests. Only 1 teaspoon in the kitchen. Leaky shower makes the floor wet. Can sometimes hear your neighbours' footsteps, TV and coughing, which was a bit annoying. Bedding and towels could be replaced with better quality.

Friendly welcome with useful information about things to do in Dubrovnik and nearby. A decent view of the old town and a little balcony to enjoy it. Relatively close to the old town, about a 10min walk. Small grocery store and bakery nearby.

Not a problem for us, but be aware that the apartment requires to climbing stairs. The equivalent of a third floor. But that is the norm for that area.

Josipa (owner) was waiting for us at the gate, after having been in contact with us on Whatsapp. She took a long time giving us a lot of tourist info and answering our questions. She was later available on Whatsapp and quick to respond our questions. The view from the balcony is fantastic.

There are few steps after the main road. Also to get there by bus is a bit difficult. There are lots of stairs from city centre to there. SO be ready for those. They didnt allow us to give our luggage, so that a minus for us. Also be aware 10am is check out hour.

The location has minus and pluses so, pluses are, market is really near. Half of the city can be seen from balcony. Host is really helpful for everything.

The cooking facilities are very basic and there were a lot of ants.
