Rooms are very clean, well equipped, modern & spacious. Cleaned daily. Towels were super soft & we had a huge bed. Has air conditioning & we were provided with toiletries in the bathroom & shower. Amazing location, right in the heart of the old town. Loved our stay

It didn’t have a lobby at all, you had to enter through the cafeteria, which by the way was open to the street.

Outside of one’s room, the hotel didn’t have an area to relax or chill in — such as a comfortable lobby.

Breakfast was light but very practical and well sufficient (and with scrambled egg if wanted). Hotel set on a narrow lane, just off (10 metres) the main street and about 40 metres from the town’s main square - a super central location. Overall the hotel, which is small, was a very good base. It’s set in a totally pedestrianised area (except for e-scooters.

The cleaning of the rooms was lacking a lot of effort and there was not much variety at breakfast. Also, the air conditioning was hard to regulate. A little bit pricey for what you get.

The location was very good, right in the middle of the old town and the rooms were very comfortable. We had a tour early in the morning and they prepared a breakfast box for us to take!

The hotel does not have common parts apart from a little restaurant on the ground floor. The bathroom door was "transparent" that did not give great privacy :-)

Large room and comfortable bed in the centre of Zadar. Perfect for a short stay. We had no issues with parking just outside the walls, and the hotel helped us with a 24-hour payment. Windows are soundproof, so the room was quite even if the roads are invaded by tourists at night.

Ever so slightly too expensive compared to other boutique hotels I've stayed in, however you're paying for the convenience of the location.

During our vacation, we stayed in 7 different hotels. This one was our favorite by far. The staff was incredible. They knew our names, were prepared for our arrival and were very helpful. The room and bathroom were both spectacular. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
