The hotel is a beautifully renovated traditional istrian house with a lot of character in the very centre of Rovinj’s historic part. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely furnished. Their customer service was amazing, they took excellent care of us, they offered a bountiful breakfast, they came to pick us up at the parking space and drove us to the hotel and offered bikes to explore the city. We had an amazing experience staying in this hotel and will be coming back for sure.

Some rooms on the top floor require to walk upstairs, so not good for older people. There is no TV in rooms but this is not a problem since there is good internet.

Location is very central, right in the heart of the old town and at the same time 2 minutes from the port and the sea front. The building, the reception and the rooms are all perfectly decorated in old Rovinj style, the rooms are big and clean. The staff is very helpful and very friendly, make you feel at home, they are available for any request and can pick you up from the paking with your car to bring you very close to the hotel and then take your car away for you and park it.

Nothing, it was all great

Maria and Bojana were wonderful hosts - nothing was too much trouble - they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provided great advice on restaurants, places to visit etc. They are incredibly gracious and generous. The hotel is just as beautiful as the photos, located right near the harbour in the old town, and full of charm.

We had booked a small double room, but we didn't realize how small, "small" was...If we went back, we would definitely stay at the same hotel, but would be sure to book a larger room.

The hotel and annex were very charmingly decorated. The staff people were lovely, very personable and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was perfect - within walking distance to everything.

There are a lot things to like at this small hotel! The family that runs it is kind and welcoming, and having Tony come to meet us and direct us to the hotel (which is a in car free zone) and then park the car for us was a great help. Our room (up a few flights of stairs) at the very top of the hotel was spacious and comfortable, and had a great view over rooftops. Breakfast was filling and delicious. And the location was great for being able to walk everywhere.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment at Casa Garzotto. Initially I was concerned that the double bed was a loft-not much privacy and a steep staircase away from the bathroom. However, the room grew on me. Casa Garzotto is an historic property in the heart of old town Rovinj. The breakfasts were very good, but the coffees were a bit slow to come out. We loved taking advantage of their bikes, and we spent a day riding along the Golden Cape Forest admiring the view and stopping multiple times for a swim. Loved Giannino's for dinner and one night took a pizza from Da Sergio Pizzeria (incredible pizza) to Balota Beach for sunset on the rocks. Another day we took a day trip to Pula for the Roman ruins and then Cape Kamenjak for beaches the Safari Bar (!) a even a little cliff jumping. Loved Rovinj

Loved everything.

The staff were outstanding. They went out of their way to assist us several times. When we left they carried our luggage to our rental car. Additionally they moved our rental car into the restricted area of town, which made it much more convenient. We followed their staff member out of the restricted area so he made certain we didn't get lost. The hotel has a superb location, easy walking to everything.

Located in the old cobbled lanes of old town. No cars allowed (no space!) but provided private parking a few minutes away. Staff really helpful and went the extra mile.

This is a family run boutique hotel in the Middle of everything in Rovinj. A perfect location close to everything you want to see. All the staff is exceptionally sweet always ready to help and make it easy for the guests. Thank you Aleksandra, Dario, Toni, Maria and the other lady at breakfast and the cleaning lady (I did not get their name). A very typical Croatian building... passing through tunnels, with old stone walls and everything so nicely preserved. Definitely worth recommending over and over again. Thank you! ❤️

Wonderful Hotel located right in the middle of Old Town ROBINJ! Everything the famous Church, Cobble street, Restaurants and Beach within 5 minutes walk! Tony/Receptionist would text me thru "Whats App" in advance and met us near Old Town Entrance, Help me to upload luggages and took care of parking (Free of Charge). That is a Wonderful customer service to any guest tired of Driving and getting there. Very Kind! You Must use "Whats App" in Croatia to communicate with Hotel or your House! It helps you a lot in arranging your Arrival.

The second floor bathroom hot water ran out after 2-3 minutes.

The location in old town was ideal and the apartment was beautiful with an ambiance that matched the town. The amenities were excellent and we were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff was kind and quick to respond to our every need.

It was in the heart of the city, and the staff made you feel like family! They were so gracious and kind. We were introduced to beautiful Croatia by such lovely people. Also a plus was the complementary bikes that we took to the park. Breakfast was wonderful. Old world style with much charm!
