rooms need updating. I asked for a cup of ice and was told they don’t have any and when I asked for a different pillow I was told they didn’t have any extra to switch mine with. And literally used my sweaters in a packing cube as a softer pillow. The front desk staff are really friendly.

Overpriced room for the value. Some of the staff were not interested in helping us out. Staff not pleased that we’re leaving at0430 even though they emailed me the information about the free shuttle service at that time. Tried to tell me that they would not charge me shuttle fee for that time however the driver tried to tell me a different story. I will definitely not go back there.

This was not really advertised, so we didn’t expect it/feel disappointed by it in any way, BUT - there is a non functioning sauna in the building. If it was operational then the place would be an absolute luxury resort. We love a sauna.

Read a lot of mixed reviews for this place. Don’t be fooled, it’s a cool spot, stylish and swanky. Someone put a lot of work and vision into designing the spaces, our room was gorgeous & had a sort of ocean/underwater theme that was really nice and soothing. We only stayed there because it was close to the airport and looked okay, but it was way better than that. Facilities were quite luxurious, really nice bathroom and one of the comfiest beds we stayed in for the whole vacation. Quiet area too.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable for me but I have back issues and it was only one night. Felt like an old spring mattress.

Service, cleanliness out of this world. Bathroom was spacious and a had a huge tub - nice touch! Room was basic but had everything you need. Kettle for hot water, one herbal tea bag. TV was awesome - english movies and channels. After a long day of travel before flying out in the morning - that was much appreciated! Shuttle was fantastic, on time, friendly driver - only 9 mins or less from the airport. I booked it when I checked in.

Not really value for money. Basic amenities etc I think their rates are too much considering how basic the place and amenities are and that there isn’t anything else available on site e.g.: food etc

Aircon was noisy and faulty, electric jug didn't work and there wasn't actually any reason to use it given lack of tea or coffee.

Very unfrendly and arrogant staff, in booking reservation was breakfast included. But really was not, air condition was not working, was very hot day....television was not working. I do not recommend anyone at all that hotel.

Difficult to find at night, down a dark alley. Nothing to eat after 10pm. Only two bars were open. Staff gave incorrect instructions on finding food.

Ok place to stay for the night. Caters more to those with a long layover in Zagreb. Rent a room for a few hours is offered.

I booked the property for three people. I messaged to confirm it was for three and that we would need a bed for my son. no bed was provided and when we asked at the property they said they don’t have any (ever). I would have appreciated being told beforehand and I could have booked somewhere more suitable. It was a hotel stopover for us so it was ok, but it was a little overpriced for what it is.

In Booking.com you indicate that they provide breakfast for $7 or so. However the place now houses a number of Ukrainian refugees. We were told that there was no more breakfast for us. Only for the refugees. Looks like the hotel is making more money from the EU and the government by housing refugees and not really interested in paying tourists.

There was a young gentleman at the checkin in the evening. very friendly and very helpful. so was the gentleman who gave us a shuttle ride early in the morning.

They basically rip you off with charging too much for transportation from/to hotel. If you want to stay here, fine but do yourself a favor and don’t use their so called shuttle! they charge 15 euros but taxi is 3.75! Room was not quite either but clean.
