Very little, complimentary toiletries would be a nice touch but a small matter as I thought it was perfect for the price.

The property was like a home from home, good facilities including air con/kitchen, very central location, welcoming owner (gave us lots of information about what to do), beautiful terrace to relax in. It’s just around the corner from the lovely theatre where we enjoyed free outdoor concerts & also near supermarkets & a vegan restaurant. Look out for the gorgeous cat who hangs out at the restaurant around the corner too!

2nd stay at this fabulous property. The owner and her daughter are efficient and friendly. The property is in the middle of the old town yet very quiet at night. You have full use of the kitchen and seating area. In an ideal world I would like a kettle in the room but this could be a Brit thing. In any case there is one in the communal kitchen. There are also recycling boxes in the seating area which was a huge plus. Use of washing machine was brilliant. Absolutely a solid 10.

Keep in mind, that when coming with kids/having problems with movement, there are stairs inside the apartment.

Location of the Guesthouse is in the heart of the city, so stepping out already means you can start sightseeing. Getting to the harbor or bus station, from which one can get to Trogir/airport is 10/15min walk. The apartment was renovated, very clean, and has it's own bathroom and kitchen. The AC is also fully functioning, what was extremally important in July ;). Check in and out were flexible and easy. Would 100% come back to Fjaka, when visiting Split again :)

Location is excellent, 5 minutes to old town and 5 minutes to the pier. Lovely setting of greenery surrounds the apartment. Welcoming host, had laundry supplies for us to use and also beach towels. The studio apartment was ideal for us. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

We were very satisfied with out stay and we loved the host who has very nice and gave us important information. The house and the terrace are very cozy, the kitchen has everything you need including tea, coffee, salt, sugar etc. and the location is perfect.

Excellent location and facilities, highly recommended. Kitchen and lounge is shared with other guests and has everything needed. The guesthouse has three rooms so it is not at all crowded. Easy communication and check in/out.

On the contrary to the pictures of the room, there was no water boiler available in my room. There is only one in the common kitchen for all guests.

Excellent location to explore Split from within easy reach of all of the main sights. Some really lovely restaurants close by as well. The hosts were great and communicative. It was really rainy when I was there and there were some spare umbrellas for guest usage which saved me from getting compeltely soaked and was a much appreciated extra touch. Brilliant value all round.

I highly recommend it! I have been to Split 4 times, and I can tell you the location is perfect if you're visiting Split for a holiday, it's close to everything you might need, shops, beach, bus and taxi stops, restaurants etc, and it comes with its own private outdoor seating area which is great for morning coffee. Vida was very helpful and friendly and made sure our stay was excellent.
