We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

EstoniaAC did not work at first, but they solved the problem, could cool the room to 21.5 C. No access to balcony. The cook must have been in love as the ceasar salad with shrimps and burger was very salty. Otherwise nothing bad to say.
Easy to find, nice and helpful stuff, dogfriendly hotel, guiet room, looked beautiful and was spacious, quick elevator, possible to park in street without fee at weekends + pleanty of places to park, possibility to walk dogs nearby, comfortable bed and pillows, real blanket (not thin), TV channels in English also and fridge in the room. I really liked my room and it had all we needed. I and dogs had really great sleep after exhausting show day. Plenty of choices for breakfast.

SwitzerlandThe woman at the reception has been looking like a boss and has been extremely unfriendly. Parking is overfilled, parkingplaces are very narrow, the passeges to the upper levels are extremely narrow, the entrance is time and again blocked by construction waste and enginiering.
The location is close to the exibition-center and the city center. Breakfast exceeds all expectations, just wonderful. Excellent service in the hotel restaurant.

Breakfast was terrific—varied, tasty, and fresh. The restaurant serves very good food for a decent amount of time during the day. Rooms were clean and serviced daily.

United KingdomThe problem was the sound isolation. You could hear almost everything from the hall and from outside. We discovered that the window didn't close properly and that was maybe the reason for the exterior noise.
Location and the hotel itself are very good, breakfast was ok, maybe a little less than expected but it was during New Year so maybe that was why. Room was clean and comfortable with good accessories. The staff was helpful.

Elegant and modern hotel. Located in a business quiet area, approximately 25 minutes walk to the main square or by tram No 13. The stop is in the main street in front of the hotel, as well as the bus stop for transfer from/to the airport, which is very convenient. The staff is extremely kind and helpful and the services very fast and efficient. The room is very spacious, warm and clean, beds very comfortable.
