We booked the 2nd floor apartment which is the one without the terrace area and with an external bathroom. External bathroom was right outside the bedroom and was clean. View from bedroom was lovely. Cannot comment on noise as no one was in the other apartment. Very convent location and right next to a number of really great restaurants/the water.

The location is amazing, only few minutes away from the bus station, and the "center" of Roving, very appreciated. The room had everything that needed, the bathroom was not into the room but just outside (1st floor) for your own usage.

The house is not isolated from sound. Walls are thin. Be aware if you want privacy or long sleep.

Super helpful host, always there. Great location, comfortable bed. Considering the old age of the house, the shower is modern and new. Clean and cozy apartment.

70€ per night for a tiny room with shared bathroom! The bathroom so tiny that one can't sit on the toilet because the wall is 5cm from it. You can't put anything on wothout hitting the walls with your arms. This accomodation isn't worth 20 euro!!

We had a wonderful stay at Marta’s guest house! Our room was spacious and clean with a large balcony. The AC was great and the bed was very comfortable. Marta was friendly and very hospitable. Highly recommend.

We spent 3 nights in this room. And it was perfect for us. Its a small room and there is a bathroom neer the room, but its new,clean, and quiet. Also its in the city center so its very easy to go everywhere from there with bicycle.

Marta is a charming and very helpful host. The apartment was so well located - a stone's throw from the bus station, situated within the old town but on a quiet street. We liked the good-sized kitchen and the terrace looking out onto gardens. The Torkolo restaurant next to the apartment is excellent and patronised by many locals.

Very good location in the middle of the old town. Close to restaurants and other facilities. Marta is an incredibly nice and welcoming host. The room had a small fridge, a very good aircondiotion, a balcony and its own nice little bathroom. We will be happy to return to Marta's guesthouse :)

My room was full of ants (both: big and small ones), which entered my luggage, shoes, etc. I informed the personnel about it but they did nothing for 2 days. I asked for late checkout (there wee no other guests after me this day) but it got denied unless I pay 50% price for another day which was super expensive. Pleasant place (if I forget about the ants everywhere) but unfortunately not worth the price

Everything was great.

It was a great location. We were 1/2 an alley way from the bustle of people. There was a great italian restaurant on the same alley. The Adriatic was a few minutes' walk away. Marta was wonderful. We'd definitely stay again.

Very cute and clean room with a bathroom and a private terrace and access to a kitchen. The location is amazing and everything is close, my sister and I really enjoyed our stay and we hope to be back someday :)
