No dinner available in the hotel but we were offered free transport to a local restaurant as well as being able to walk 5min to the hotel next door to their restaurant.

Perfect location for a visit to the National Park, big clean & comfortable room. Maria was amazingly helpful with organising tickets during Family week, also to organise wonderful breakfast bags as our guide was meeting us at 7am so we wouldn't have time to eat in the breakfast room.

It was quite hot in the room when we walked in and it took some time to cool it down once the windows were opened. Given that there is no AC, providing a fan in the rooms would have been great.

The location was great and breakfast was amazing. It was nice to have access to a terrace with a beautiful view for a late afternoon cocktail. This heritage hotel is very well kept and the staff is very welcoming.

It’s not really a room with lakeview. Just waste money.

The location is excellent but the room is not lakeview as advertised, you can’t see the lake from the room. No need to book a room with lakeview.

The hotel is just steps from the park entrance, so very convenient. The room is large, and it was quiet, so we were able to sleep well with our windows open, as there is no air conditioning. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was nice. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a nice surprise that they have a driver that provided free transport to local restaurants and the bus stop. We also appreciated being able to have our park tickets extended for a 2nd day.

Didn't like that there wasn't a restaurant in the hotel to have dinner. had to leave hotel to eat.

the location inside the park was excellent the room was great and it had been ungraded which was appreciated breakfast was tasty, but when we arrived, food was getting very low, and had to wait quite some time for fresh food to come out and I know one gentleman had to wait at least 15 minutes for new coffee cups to come out to get a cup of coffee. He was not happy. We found when we arrived for breakfast, that most of the tables that people had already had eaten, were still sitting dirty, limiting to where we could sit. I noticed that it took a long time for the dirty tables to be cleaned and cleared.

The hotel, especially the rooms, seems outdated. The bathroom feels a bit like a hospital. The shower is very small, I'm not a big person and I didn't have enough space to wash me head

The hotel room did not have air conditioning and there is no elevator so you need to either carry your luggage to the second floor or request assistance from the staff. This did not bother us at all as we were only staying for a single night, had good weather and fairly minimal luggage, but these are things to note if you are considering a longer stay.

We stayed at Hotel Plitvice to have easy access to Plitvice Lakes National Park and that met our goals. Marija at the front desk was a wonderful concierge who was incredibly helpful and informative, including assisting us with dinner reservations for the night of our stay. The free breakfast was also nice and convenient.
