Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A great hotel for with very friendly staff, ideal for our route. The hotel didn't have a restaurant, but the staff recommended one that was within 200m walk, very good too.

Very friendly staff, great and varied options for breakfast and good location. Has a lift. Coffee and bar as part of the hotel. Parking was only across the road, got instructions at checkin. All very simple. We didn't use it but there is a roof top pool.

Dogs weren´t allowed at the breakfast, so we just grabbed a few things to take with us.
It was a very nice stay. Everyone was very friendly and the terrace at the room was nice after a day of driving.

On booking it says that laundry can be done for a small fee. However, it was not possible when I asked for it. The towels were very hard. The location is good if you want to stay in a peaceful environment, but there is not much to do.
The swimming pool was really nice. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The location of the property is great for an overnight stay if you are travelling through Croatia. The room was slightly dated but it was comfortable and clean. We didn’t taste the food but breakfast was included in the room price.

No restaurant on site while it was noted by visitors. But different places in town (liked Fast Foods Kum, not fast food but restaurant)

This hotel was in the right place at the right time. The hotel is relatively new. The room was efficiently designed and had a large balcony. The rooftop pool offers an oasis after a day of driving. The staff were wonderful.

I liked the fact that the property was fairly described and we knew what to expect. We were tired from a long ride and stayed one night. The beds were comfortable and overall it was a good night's sleep. Breakfast was also sufficient.

Personally, I have no problem choosing a cold breakfast, but if the sausages are also served cold, it's something to think about. I think the only way to have them hot is to come right at 7am when they start serving breakfast
Like others, we chose a hotel to stay overnight during a long journey and the location, neither near nor far from the motorway, is ideal. The price matches the performance

Unfortunately our room was directly above the bar which meant it was a little noisy.
A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms and a good breakfast. We accidentally left a portable charger behind in our room and the hotel immediately contacted us to let us know and made arrangements to send it to our home address.

A lift would be good when accessing upper floors.
Spacious rooms with A/C, TV, WiFi, etc.. On the roof there was a small pool with nice view over the city. Parking space directly in front of door hotel. The staff very helpful, recommended good restaurant nearby (200 m). Breakfast good. Stayed only one night during our journey further south, it is very close to the highway A1 - approximately 2 km from toll gate. Pet friendly.
