Its staff but not all of them because I didn’t get good customer care from them at all, my second room was very bad had mold and was so cold yet I had paid for superior room with balcony and city view.

Steps to the beach

The team at this property are absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, all requests were fulfilled. Everyone from the concierge, reception, cleaning team, restaurant and bar and especially the hotel management were outstanding. 10 out of 10 service by everyone at this hotel, I’ve already recommended it too many friends and family, but very importantly, we looked to return again.

Staff members are not as much kind and respectful as usually in Radisson hotels from other countries. Specially males from reception. This hotel doesn't have welcoming and respectful staff.

Good breakfast, restaurant terrace with sea view and various food options. Confortable rooms with large bedrooms and balconies. Spa with inside pool and various saunas and balcony with outdoor beds for sunny days.

Some of the receptionist were rude. Others very polite and helpful. Roomwas small, old and poorly maintained. Couldn’t use tv (screen mirroring). Couldn’t use hairdryer the connection didn’t worked well. Floor was bit dirty and housekeeping did not come every day.

Well located. Close to the city center (riva street). Very spacious and very clean spa and sauna. Perfect gym with all the equipments well maintained. Decorated beautiful lobby and big variety of delicious breakfast. Staff at breakfast very friendly and helpful.

There was a noise at 7am (building equipments) beside the hotel.

Our reservation was 3 premium rooms with king bed. The lady at the reception checked in me in twin bed rooms at the 1st floor. She said the hotel was fully booked. When I told her, she sent housekeeping and they push the two beds beside each other, and kept two single duvets! My impression at that time was bad. However, next day I met Ivan at the reception, he is really was very professional, who positively changed my bad impression about the hotel. Thanks Ivan 👍.

The location was good, we walked along the beach to the main centre or got an Uber, but if I’m being picky I wish it was a little closer but it didn’t matter the walk was lovely and an Uber takes 15 minutes max and is very cheap! The cost for drinks and food is a little pricey, however you pay for quality, the food and drinks were very good, no complaints!

Very modern, smells like a spa all the time which is wonderful. There is a gorgeous terrace to sit on and look over the sea with a drink and it’s the best. The spa facilities are also great, and all the staff are so friendly from all departments!

All staff very friendly and helpful! Spa facilities were great, a relaxation zone and an indoor pool overlooking the sea as well as a good selection of saunas. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast selection good and food very tasty.

Everything was great, except for the TV in the room. On the day of arrival (Friday) in the evening, the TV system in the entire hotel broke down and was not repaired until departure (Monday). I think that a hotel of this category must have a technician on duty even on weekends.
