Everything about this property was fantastic! Close to the national forest but off the main road. Quiet, cozy accommodations with amazing host. The dog Lou and the horses on site were a special bonus for our daughter.

Excellent place, quiet, nice wooden house, very clean, very friendly owner. Playing with the horses in the morning was exceptional. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the spacious and immaculate top floor of a large recently built timber house. Comfy bed, great wifi, lots of outside space for parking and sitting. Large kitchen lounge area with cooking facilities and large wood burner with wood, though we didnt need this in October. 10 mins drive to good local eateries. Countryside setting. Try nearest Pizzeria 5 min drive or 16 lakes hotel for food.

Amazing ranch surrounded by nature and only 20 mins drive to Plitvice. It’s super quiet, pretty wooden house. There is also a super sweet dog living there .. it was very hard to say goodbye to her!!

Whist the ranch is remote and well away from any traffic noise etc and very serene when emply, there was no escaping the noise until early hours from some other guests when the two appartments below were occupied by a large group. Also beware of walking too far up the access road as some properties have very aggressive dogs roaming loose..

Wonderful appartment, very spacious and well appointed. Clean, and comfortable with good views.. idyllic if you are there alone.

Beautiful property! Quiet and scenic. We had a wonderful stay here! It was perfect after a long day at the National Park. Blanka was very helpful and friendly. She was always quick to respond.

There are 6 apartments and you get what you get. We had an upstairs one and it was lovely except for the light. Especially if you have a child, plan to be awake at sunrise because with the skylights and windows, it's so bright. The skylight also shined brightly on my husband's face each morning 🤣. The knives are awful if you're trying to cook. We also had to learn to change commercial toilet paper stacks and the soap dispenser ran out of soap 1 day in. That said, those are literally all of the downsides and we did love our visit.

It is beautiful! We loved walking the property, feeding the horses and playing with the sweetest dog in the world. Location to the park is good, takes about 15 min tiget to entrance 1 plus parking time. The place was really clean, too. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, we loved it all - if you are particular about showers (it didn't matter to us) it is a shower over a bath, as opposed to a cubicle. The WiFi is there, but not strong, which encourages all to sit in nature and enjoy this wonderful place.

We loved it here. Beautiful accommodation (we stayed on the top floor) The setting is incredible, complete peace, other than the buzzing of the bees on the lavender. Lovely host, and accompanied by the most adorable dog, Lou. We were all sad to leave.

The shower was a bit odd .

It was so quiet and peaceful! The apt was spacious and clean. After a very long day of traveling, it was the perfect place to settle in to. We were given recommendations to a nearby restaurant that was also amazing. And the horses on the ranch that appeared at sunset were almost like a dream. It was the perfect place to start our Croatian vacation.

ONE OF THE BEST PLACES I EVER STAYED AT! The sorroundings are simply amazing, cats, horses, squirrels, a lot of flowers and intense vegetation makes this place something very special. Added to this, the interior of the house is almost all made out of wood, which makes you feel as if you were in a movie almost. 1000% recommended to anyone looking forward to relax and connect with nature 💙

A lot of sounds/noise can be heard from the other appartment, fortunately they went to bed earlier than us :) Also some equipment needs be better maintained - missing screws, some screws not tightened, entry doors making weird sounds and not fitting tightly.

Amazing location, stunning views, horses, a lot of places to relax in the garden. Appartment was spacious and well equipped including fireplace in the living room. Owner is friendly, eveything went well. 5 minutes by car to nearest shop, 10 minutes to a bigger one, 15 minutes to the Entry #1 of Plitvice lakes.

The upstairs apartment was very spacious, beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. The area was pretty, peaceful countryside. We were there two nights and I wished we could have stayed longer. Our host, Blanka, was gracious and helpful. She brought us wood to start a fire in the stove, make great restaurant recommendations, and gave us a coupon for two free desserts. She was warm and friendly and made us feel at home.
