Location is beautiful, one of the best apartment locations in that area. The host is very nice and he was willing to explain to us everything about the area, must-see less known sights and secret spots. This made our trip so much better than originally planned. Overall, visiting this object feels like visiting cousins or family members, there aren't many hosts left that treat their guests like this. The room itself is spacious, everything is clean.

As Ivicia said to us, if you're looking for luxury - this isn't it. But if you're looking for warmth, fantastic hospitality and a beautiful location - this is what you need.

The most incredible location in a small valley surrounded by nature with the most wonderful host, Ivica, who truly embodies love for 'his' Plitvicke. There's nothing he doesn't know about the area and he will happily share his knowledge. He couldn't have done more for us - giving us tips to see the lakes and setting us up an amazing BBQ and fire for dinner. The room itself was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Only five minutes to the lakes and easy to get to restaurants and supermarkets.

Absolutely magical place, the owners are the sweetest couple and made us feel so at home, the cabin sits right on a stream with crystal clear water, our room was perfect and we were able to get to the waterfalls in an east 5 minutes. Highly suggested!

Perhaps some more facilities concerning the preparation of the meals. There were strictly the basic utensils although there is a great barbecue.

The location was great , in the woods by a waterfall and in proximity 5 min. by car to the main attraction, the plitvice lakes. The hosts are the most kind and lovely people. Happy and proud of their land make you feel the vibes of the croatian pure heart.

Beautiful setting with waterfalls right next to the house. If you missed visiting Rastoke this is a must. Located close to the Great Waterfall and National Park. Host was very helpful with ideas on what to see and do.

A lovely little village in the middle of the valley where the river Korana flows right through and the nature is amazing. The owner of the house is adorable and made us feel right at home. We stayed 2 nights and visited the Plitvice National Park which was a 5min drive away. It was perfect for that purpose and we enjoyed our stay.

 The host was incredibly helpful and charismatic. He took us to see the waterfalls spending his private time with us. He welcomed us with a cold beer. I would highly recommend staying here.

what a wonderful, quaint, and charming place! The owner, Ivica, is so sweet, welcoming, and knows everything about the park as he was a manager there for 20 years. And San Korana was passed down from his grandfather to his father and the him which is special. San Korana is the perfect place to stay for visitors to Plitvice Lakes!

amazing location with beautiful waterfalls the owner was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. he allowed us to use his BBQ, chopped the wood, set up the BBQ, connected a light and gave us a welcome beer and it was 5 mins drive from Entrance 1 of Lake Plitvice

We really liked to stay at Ivica’s house.He was really helpful and his knowledge about Plitvice national park is mindblowing. Also directly next to the house is a waterfall. How many times in life can one say that he/she has a “private” waterfall? It was truly amazing we liked every minute there :)

i have booked for my family members for only one night, but they were welcomed with full Croatian hospitality, the house is at a wonderful place, close to the national park, and the host will show you a great spot for the biggest water fall, ( for free) Jasice was also very helpful, when my family members faced some serious problems for traveling home. thank you again, and bless you for your support and help
