Building and apartment facilities are a bit shabby, but nothing major, everything is functional.

Host communication considering checkin was simple and straightforward.Also, they kindly left AC on beforehand, so we entered cool room. Location is as good as it gets, and the balcony is gratly functional for evening drink sipping.

Excellent communication with hosts - answered any questions quickly.Studio is perfectly situated within Pula and even though it is on a busy thoroughfare once you close the doors of the balcony you don't hear anything. The room was very clean and neat . Best place to stay around city center in Pula . A lot of restaurants near down of the building. You have everything what you needs in the toilet. This is one of the best i book ever and i will come back to book this room again for the future visit my in Pula

The property was great, but be aware that, if you have your own vehicle, parking in this area can be difficult.

The very kind host waited on the street to meet me after 9pm and ensured I could find my way and work the key box. Compact bathroom with amenities including a box of bandaids! Clean and comfortable.

The location is on the main street and is perfectly located in the centre of the maim street of Pula. It was wonderful to sit on the sunny balcony and eat breakfast and have an evening drink. The doors from the balcony are quadruple glazed which enormously cuts out street sound. Ingrid and her husband are so very welcoming and kind. I thoroughly recommend staying here in Pula.

We were greeted by our hosts who were so welcoming, charming and helpful. The studio is small but had everything we needed. Great location, music and even a fashion show on the street one night. It is a busy pedestrian street, but all noise was blocked out by the glass doors. Fun little balcony to eat on and watch the people. Great air conditioning so we stayed cool in the blistering heat. Highly recommend.

My wife and I loved the apartment. It was central in Pula so easy to visit places and has a nice balcony to sit and have a drink in the evening. Once the balcony doors were closed it was very quiet in the apartment despite people still being in the street below. The walls are about 3 foot thick and the double glazed balcony doors are very good.

Amazing location, right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops. Quick 10-15 minute walk from the ferry terminal. Great spot and well equipped with everyone you could need.

Very good location, quiet place, very clean. It has a small kitchen, also fridge, TV and AC. There is a small supermarket near by. It was close to the bus stop, if you want to go to the beach. The owner is very nice.

We liked everything about this studio!

The studio is located right in the city centre close to all you will need like shops, restaurants, and supermarket.. Busses to all beaches are nearby, and when you come back you can watch the world pass by from the awesome balcony. The studio itself is spacious and clean, the airconditioning is very good (and quiet!) and once you close the balcony doors for the night you hear no noise at all from the busy street below. The owners made sure we had all we needed and were very friendly. Would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic apartment, clean and spacious. Brilliant shower nice and hot with excellent pressure.All shower gell and shampoo provided. The apartment had all you would need for the stay ,hair dryer,iron and ironing board . Good choice of TV channels. Bed was very comfortable.and bedding was clean. Having the balcony was such a bonus. The location was excellent. Just like to say thanks to Ingrid and husband for making our stay perfect. Would highly recommend.
