The restaurant in the hotel was not open because the season is ending. Lunch had to be eaten at the neighbors' pizzeria, but I would have preferred my hotel.

The beach is right in front of the hotel. Beautiful view of the sea and sunset. Street noise is not heard in the rooms. Very friendly and welcoming team

Slightly further out from split than I thought but in the end the hotel was so good I wasn't too bothered.

The views with glass balcony is unbeatable , the food in the restaurant and breakfast were excellent quality, best on my trip of 3 hotels in Croatia. Room is better quality in person than the photos.

On my fourth day at the hotel I was told o have to leave my room and go else where for a couple of hours from 11am to 2pm and was then downgraded to an un renovated room. As a business owner myself I wouldn’t do that as I would have wanted to keep a longer term guest.

When you stay in one of the recently upgraded rooms it’s very lovely.

We were only travelling with hand luggage and hotel said they’d have complimentary toiletries. Was only hand wash and a hair and body that seemed more like water so that’s the only thing they could have improved on. No coffee or sugar in the room but sure if we’d asked they’d have supplied

Everything was as expected or better.

I was on a 'workation' and the hotel was perfect for that - quiet location, comfortable room with decent working space, good internet, right on the beach for swimming breaks and awesome view from the balcony. Also relatively easy to get to Split by bus or taxi (if the main road is not too crowded), and lots of things to do or see around during the weekends.

Staff in the breakfast restaurant seem to be not as friendly as to the other guests when you have Asian face? I won't comment them as racists that would be too much but I do hope they know what they are doing.

room is spacious and clean. breakfast is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool on the roof, not big but warm with a great view to the beach.

We had some trouble using the key card to open the hotel room. However this was quickly rectified, as I was given a key that I used instead, to open and lock my door.

Reception was very friendly. My room was modern, simple, clean and had all the amenities I needed. The balcony had a fabulous view of the Adriatic sea. Air conditioner worked perfectly. The price I paid was definitely worth the room, location, and services. Rooftop pool was very relaxing as was the rooftop lounge area. Breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold food, as well as beverages. The location is far away enough from Split city center that you can easily relax, but close enough to take the bus into the city if you want and get there within 30 mins. Overall, I am excited to come back to this hotel again. I will most definitely be staying here when I am back I'm Split.

Hotel had AC problems - they upgraded us to a room with functioning air conditioning though it was vented and not individual to rooms - we slept with the fan on. Sunbeds at beach are €15 each for the day for hotel guests. Would be nice if terrace doors locked from outside for easier access to beach

Price: we stayed in the hotel in august and the room was expensive considering that the hotel is 15 minutes by car far from the old town and you should also consider some additional services like umbrella and seabeds (30€ per day) and the parking (12€ per day) that make the total cost more expensive. Consider that the parking, if the hotel is full, is a little bit tight for a suv.

Room with sea view was big enough, soundproofed (despite the crowded street behind the hotel) and with a beautiful view. You can easily reach the beach directly with the elevator. On the side there are free beaches that during the day could be crowded.

Hidden costs were not okay. Beach you are required to pay for sun beds, when you are coughing up the hotel costs this seems unnecessary. In addition as we checked out we were informed that we had been charged to use the hotel towels for the pool and beach. Not much but they didn’t inform us of this when we were collecting them daily….

The staff were lovely and clearly working very hard. There were very few of them so super impressed with what they were managing

The gym was very poor and especially on rainy days would have been great to do so some exercise.

It's not hotel's falt that going a few kilometres to Split takes an hour, because of hardly traffic jams on that road, who is near the hotel. The hotel itself worth 10 points!

Amazing views from the balcony and from the Rooftop Restaurant. It was my and my teenager's son holidays, which ecxeeded our expedition. Tasty and plenty of food breakfast. Special thanks and my best regards to amazing Stela, she is very professional and kind person, who works in L'Aroma Restaurant in the evenings🤍
