Well located in heart Old town of Dubrobrovnik with all historical sights, shops, restaurants with few meters waking distance. Room is beautifully furnished, it feels like you are in boutique hotel. Very clean. Ivana hospitality was amazing, she provided transport with her car to nearby address on my leaving Dubrovnik what was a great service. She was helpful, kind and I will be back in her place.

Ivana and her husband were amazing hosts. The apartment was fully equipped, super comfortable and snacking views from the terrace. Great location too in the centre.

The bathroom is a bit uncomfortable due to its shape and not the best ergonomics. The windows face a busy touristic street, and even though I didn't have trouble falling asleep lulled by people humming, I woke up several times when occasional loud tourists were passing by at 2-3-4 AM.

The room is located in Dubrovnik's Old Town, the host is very nice, comfy bed.

Maybe can add a curtain to roof top bathroom (my brother from US is used to shower curtain so the bathroom floor won't get wet)

Great Central location but need to walk up few flights of stairs to reach Villa. Great place for family of 6-8 people. My family of 7 really enjoyed our stay in this 3 bedroom 4 baths Villa with a good size living room which has a nice sofa bed and dining area and kitchen that has all the necessary items to cook meals. Each room comes w mini-fridge and nespresso machine. Best of all, the rooftop balcony was a great place to hang & dry our laundry and it was definitely the best seat to watch the Fireworks on the Summer Festival Opening night! The aircon was so strong and nice for hot summer holiday and the wifi was really good for me to do work and for my kids to play their games online!! The aircon and wifi were so good that my kids didn't really want to go out but just wanted to laze around the villa, this I didn't anticipate. Ivana was a great host and she can advise you on all things. Her husband helped us carried all our 7 heavy luggage up and down the stairs, which we appreciated very much.

Villa Homa is fantastic! Modern, clean and well decorated. We were a group of 5 girls and we had plenty of room. Amazing view from the top floor . Brilliant location right in the middle of old town ( entrance oddly being a Game of Thrones souvenir shop). Ivana the host met us on arrival, and gave us plenty of tips - even leaving us some fruit and drinks! On departure Ivana’s husband helped us with our suitcases up the stairs out of old town. Perfect place for us !

The Tv didnt work. not that was bothering me but for others maybe.

It was beyond my expectations! The room was big enough for two and the bed was comfortable. It was clean and neat. I really enjoyed my stay. Ivana and her husband are such nice people. I booked a transfer from the airport and Ivanas husband came and pick me up. For a solo traveler, i felt really comfortable and the location was top notched. Walking distance to every part of Old Town.

The access to the roof terrace is a little tricky, through a rather small door, but we’ll worth it!

The apartment was a great place to stay. We were impressed with the location, 2 minutes walk to the main street in Dubrovnik. I visited with my friends and we were all very happy with the apartment. The view from the balcony was a highlight. Ivana was very friendly, and kept in contact to ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this property!

First of all Ivana is the most amazing host!! She helped us with free street parking, picked us up and dropped us off. The apartment is located in the heart of the old town, and it has an unbelievable view from the balcony. Modern and it has everything one can look for. Loved our wine from the balcony at night and our coffee with a view in the morning. Not only that, but Ivana also let us keep our luggage locked with a code while we walked around the town the next day after we checked out. Will definitely return.

Amazing location, in the centre of the old town, close to everything. Perfect for a family of four, with plenty of space for everyone. Lovely rooftop terrace with a gorgeous view of the old town. It was so lovely to arrive to a fridge filled with cold beers too! A great stay!

Nothing... Worth staying if you're doing short stay in Old City

Ivana was very helpful host. Allowed us to check in earlier than normal check in time. She even provided us some snacks and beer. Nespresso coffee is a bonus! Room a little small, and the private bathroom is located outside of the bedroom (non-sharing with other guests).

Honestly nothing. It was all-around perfect.

This place was amazing in all aspects. Located right in the heart of everything the place was beautiful and immaculate. Good size for a couple but easily big enough for a family or group of 4-6. The little balcony had beautiful views of Old Town and a couple glimpses all the way over the Old Town fortress walls to the sea. The couple who host this location were also great! The husband is a wealth of knowledge on the history of the area and is available for airport pick ups if requested. The wife is so welcome and wonderful! She was available via text for all my questions recommending everything from best wine bars and gelato to when to leave on time for our flight. She even left us with a bottle of Prosecco to enjoy on the little porch at sunset. I would recommend to all, this is the perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik!!
