If you are having problems with airplane engine noise, this complex is nothing for you. Since the airport is not far away from the apartments, you can hear the airplanes flying above the villa. Did not bother us at all, but some people could see it as a no-no.

Very nice little Villa complex near the Dubrovnik airport. The apartment had anything we needed and was clean. The comfort came up with our expectations. Cant really say something regarding the pool since we did not use it, but was a nice add to the booking. Other than that it was a nice stay for one day only.

This property is a must and has it all: 12 min walk to the Village, exactly as seen on pictures with pool, jacuzzi, sauna, parking on site. Super clean and comfortable accommodations and the host is very accommodating and welcoming.

Unfortunately no one was at reception when I arrived at 7:15 pm although it was to be open. Didn't get informed on using electric stovetop so couldn't use it. Bed a bit soft.

The property is absolutely stunning and very well kept with all facilities working. Sauna hottub pool. Gorgeous grounds with oersimmons ,pomegranate, hibiscus, palms, bougainvillea dahlias, And pet bunnies too . 2 balconies in apt. Spotless. Gorgeous duplex .Pretty decorations.

Beautiful place . Superbly run...quiet surroundings. 15 min walk into town and nearest beach .....a hefty climb back but caught the bus number 10 most days ....1 stop 1.60 euros ...run every 30 mins from cavtat center . Air con . Pool...jacuzzi ..all fabulous extras . Highly recommended.

From our Host, Anita, greeting us on arrival to her saying goodbye to us on our departure everything about Villa Markoc was brilliant. Large, clean apartment with two balconies, one overlooking the pool with stunning views of the mountains and the sea. Beautiful garden area around the pool which was kept immaculate.

Nothing as everything was ideal.

The apartment was quite spacious and the outdoor patio from the bedroom provided amazing views of the area. The full kitchen is excellent for longer stays. Having a washing machine was a bonus. The host was very accommodating with an early check-in. I will definitely stay here again.

I couldn’t find anything. There are planes flying over head as the airport is close by. The hill down is a beautiful walk and the number 10 bus is a life line on the way back.

The property is a little gem. It’s so clean and comfortable. It’s amazing views add to the atmosphere of chill and relaxing

Very peaceful location, you do get planes flying over but they do not bother you. Lovely pool and a jacuzzi and sauna. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with a large terrace. A full kitchen and well furnished and very comfortable. There was a washing machine you could use and tortoises wandering around. It was a short walk down hill into town and we jumped on the bus on the way back.

It is a bit of a walk to town. The downhill is the easy part, about 10 minutes. Walking uphill on the way back was a little difficult.

It is a very cute property with a really incredible view. I really enjoyed the community amenities that gave my stay that something extra. Besides the pool there is a sauna, BBQ, small gym, and a small garden.

Apartment well sized/equipped, clean, comfortable bed and AC on both floors. Nice poolarea with jacuzzi, sauna and gym. On arrival received apt. 10.30 and get apt. upgraded for free. Last day we were allowed to use poolarea until evening due to late flight. Thanks Anita and staff. . Best vacation in Croatia so far. *****

Some visitors may be bothered by the planes as it is on the route to the airport, but the noise did not bother us at all.

The apartment was perfect for two adults travelling with two young adults. We only used the kitchen to make hot drinks for breakfast, which was all we needed. There were two balconies, with nice views, including the sea. There is a very small supermarket a few minutes walk away, with all the essentials. We easily walked into the centre of Cavtat for dinner every night, and even breakfast one morning. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes. On the way back it is uphill, so could be a challenge for anyone with mobility problems. But again, it as fine for us. There was a very nice swimming pool which was perfect to cool off after a hot day visiting Dubrovnik. We would stay there again.

The walk up the hill was a bit of a challenge from the beach but we stayed out and only had to do it once a day.

Lovely, clean and spacious apartment, which was well equipped with everything we needed. Fresh towels on arrival, then twice in a week and a fantastic view to wake up to. The pool was clean and never busy. Excellent host who offered to hold our room for us in case our flight was cancelled.
