As only a few guests were there it seems the hotel tries to keep costs low and it was little cold in the breakfast room. But I get it when they run the hotel in off season for only a few guests.

Nice and friendly stuff, good looking new (or freshly renovated) hotel.

Since the first moment it felt like home, the atmosphere and the staff was very kind all the time. The cleanliness is spotless, the spa and massage is really satisfying. The room is super comfy.

The wellness center could be a little bigger and better equipped.

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a lovely walking park with a lake and a playground for children. The environment is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are nicely furnished. The bathroom is clean and tidy. The employees are very friendly.

The breakfast can be improved ( as we stayed many Times before, and the breakfast was perfect) În The bathroom some of the towells need to be changed.

- It could have been a tiny bit more clean for my taste, but I'm well aware that I am a picky traveler. With that, I mean that the only minor issues were the shower still having some water stains, and a dead bug (highly likely just from the outside park and surrounding meadows) that the staff had missed cleaning off of the terrace window net. - We did not like the food. We chose both the included breakfast and to have dinner at the hotel the evening we arrived. What we got for the 20 euros per person dinner and then the breakfast was really not impressive, considering it's supposedly a four star hotel. Some mediocre stews, one single kind of salad, and everything with meat for dinner, cheap cheese and meat cold cuts for breakfast along with rock hard sunny side up eggs, which looked as if they had been kept warm since 5 AM (we had breakfast around 8 AM).

-The hotel is set in a park area of its own, which is fenced off and hence very safe. -The room was spectaculously luxurious for the price category and included an amazing, sunny terrace of almost the same size as the room, with chaise longues. -The staff was friendly and helpful. -Towels and body soap were included.

The fire alarm went off 2 times in the middle of the night and that is OK. When I came downstairs it would be better if the staff told me that it was only the alarm before I needed to ask.

The food and the breakfast are very good, The staff are very friendly.

Super clean, Big rooms , great breakfast, friendlly staff. Double vanity in The bathroom. Free parking. Great location , with o lot of Green areas arround. Our fourth Time here, and always choosing Arcanum when visiting Beckescsaba or Gyula. Highly recomand this hotel

one small thing. the dinner is serves only aftef 6 pm, so if you are hungry before 6 pm you need to wait until the dinner opens

The bathroom could use some trivial hangers. Breakfast and was average in choice, but still good and tasty. My mattress was apparently quite used (or the bed was broken) and I slept like in a hole in the middle

Fabulous location, exceptionally friendly staff. Parking close to the reception (no additional charges) A'la-card lunch was very good. You can get into the city center by car in 5-10 minutes, while still being in the quiet edge of the city.

gym is decently equiped. However, some of it (tradmill, stationary bike etc) either do not work or could be cleaned up

Breakfast was good and something you are used to get in majority of hotels (eggs, bacon, danish, veggies etc). It meet the expectations I had, especially concerning the price range

Breakfast was really weak for the price of the room and for the standard of the hotel. It's as basic as it can get and no healthy choices included. They had same selection probably already 20 years ago too. No gluten-free options, no dairy free options - today it shall be expected from such a hotel.

Nice hotel, clean and big rooms, large bathroom, friendly personnel, quiet location a bit outside of the city.

Poor breakfast offer: some ham, some cheese, paprika, cucumber, oily eggs, dried fried eggs (like there were made couple hours earlier), the taste of coffee 2/10.

Comfortable bed, quiet room, no strange noises. Large parking lot. Good quality salami for breakfast.
