Location wise it’s quiet and pristine.

This hotel is not only spotless but also lovely smell all over the building. The staffs were very accommodating and friendly.

The mattresses weren’t most comfortable and the rooms felt a lot smaller than on the pictures but still very very ok. I would go back here again for a few days anytime.

The staff was super friendly and so caring. Went out of their way to get things for the guests.

There didn’t seem to be an extractor fan in the bathroom (or if there was it didn’t work so well) and the whole room felt quite humid when you showered. The AC wasn’t super powerful either so can imagine it would be hot in the summer

Room located next to housekeeping service room so there was a lot of noise in the mornings, no chance of sleeping in past 8am. Walls are very thin to the extent that I could hear the next rooms alarm in the mornings.

Great location, a few steps from the Central Market Hall and walking distance from many attractions and airport bus stop. Comfortable room with all the amenities provided including a pillow menu.

We booked a double room and they gave us two single duvet covers which for us (as a couple) this felt weird so we asked to change, they changed it for us straight away.

One day it was raining so they put umbrellas out for the guests. They thought of little things like that that other hotels / people wouldn't think of. The atmosphere was really lovely in the hotel, nice staff- if you needed anything they were happy to help.

The sise of the room.

The staff was great. But the rom was very smal and was happy i was alone in the room.

the size of the room. Very small. Can’t open two luggage bags at same place. We have to open one near entrance, another one near bed.

Location is superb. 7-8min walk from bus stop (airport bus). Near tram station and MRT station. Behind the hotel is the street with many shops. Breakfast was good. Good varieties. Less than 10min walk to central market which is perfect.

Unfortunately there were issues with the air conditioning and as the weather was unseasonably warm we really struggled to sleep as the room was very warm. The staff did provide fans and were sympathetic.

Our room was a bit too warm, it was unseasonably warm Easter in Budapest but even with window open or "Aircon" on it remained very warm.

Brilliant location by the Liberty Bridge and various transport options. Friendly & helpful staff. Lovely bar area and happy hour options. Exceptionally clean room with fantastic storage, plenty of electrical points and very comfortable bedding. We didn't eat breakfast here but it looked lovely in the passing.

The room is quite narrow and the sound proofing could be better.

The location is excellent, the hotel facilities are also excellent. The breakfast offers a nice variety of dishes and tea.

Challenging garage parking, fortunately the staff is helpful to handle the situation.
