should be 2 toilets but it been one shower and other only WC , so wasnt helpfull and matress also pillows not comfortable

The check- in could be a little earlier. It’s a bit awkward also when you want to enter the reception after hours and have to try and get someone’s attention.

The staff particularly Patrick was very friendly and helpful. He kept my bags in the storage and gave me a lot of information about sites to see. The apartment was comfortable and the room and bathroom was well equipped with a washing machine. Good kitchen with a a kettle and fridge and lounge with tv. Water was nice and hot especially in a very cold November. The McDonalds which was around the corner from the apartment is a bonus for a cheap and cheerful meal/drink.

This accommodation was in a really nice location in the city centre and close to transport connections. It was a quiet neighbourhood so we slept well. The beds were comfy.

Nothing. Maybe just consider placing faucet in WC, especially for us Asians who prefer water and soap over paper. :D

There could have been cleaning more often we stayed for 5 nights and the cleaning service did not come once.

Very convenient location close to supermarket restaurants public transportation and the city center. The rooms were very spacious also a complete kitchen with everything needed and a good heating system.

Big clean apartment with plenty of facilities. Easy access to the city centre. Bought the Budapest card and you just jump on a tram and in 5 minutes you are in the centre. About 20 minutes walk

but the staff were not helpful and the fact they aren’t always there doesn’t help either. they also only give you one room key and because of this we were stuck outside our room all night and ended up having to book else where for that night

Communication with the hotel is an exercise in frustration as the phone is rarely answered and Reception hours are limited. If you need to arrive after 7pm there is a huge rigmarole about online check in etc. It took well over 20 phone calls (plus several to booking.com customer service) to get this sorted out as promised links were not sent promptly. No clear instructions given either for checking out before Reception opening times. Such a pity as everything else about the apartments was fabulous - just let down by the stress (and expense in long distance calls) of dealing with the practicalitie :(

We had an issue accessing 1 of the apartments, tried to ring the number provided after several attempts finally got through to someone who was extremely rude & unhelpful telling us they would not send someone & to "go home"

First thing is we did not find the password for the wifi one whole day. But when we got it from the reception the next day, the wifi did not work at all.

The apartment was very clean and well lit. One thing that impressed me the most is the way the apartment is insulated. We had turned off the heater for all three days expect for the night of the Sunday as it was perfectly warm inside. Kudos on the way to save energy :)

Cleaners only come on the 4th day, but suppose that gives you more privacy. Balcony only had one chair. Have to ask for the aircon remote at reception, they’re not just in the apartment ready to use. Nothing that comes close to being a deal breaker though.

Very clean and neat apartment! Huge lounge area. Big and modern bathroom (with a second separate toilet). Decent location considering Budapest it quite spread out. Spar around the corner and 5 min walk from a restaurant strip. On a quiet road. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook too. Really really pleased especially for the price!

We missed air-conditioning. Open windows made the apartment rather noisy and closed windows meant less comfort and fresh air.
