The wifi didn't work in my room very well at all. That's the ONLY downfall and since I'm a remote worker that really mattered to me.

The room was incredible. The staff was so helpful anytime I needed anything and quickly responsive as well. The location was around everything. Breakfast was tasty as well.

The De Munut is a comfortable hotel with beautiful gardens and pools. the staff are helpful and friendly. Great location. I have stayed at this hotel twice and would stay there again.

A bit outside Ubud, but not too far. TV only had one channel and the wifi in the room often did not work. We also chose not to have the breakfast as the options were a bit limited and disappointing

Very big, beautiful and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and always keeping the resort maintained. Free water, coffee and tea was also a very nice addition.

Cockroaches in the room (including on bed headboard). We were provided a different room however the air-con did not work effectively - not powerful enough for the size of the room.

I think the only thing would be the shower itself while cleaned throughly, being outdoors makes it hard to keep to a high level of cleanliness.

The location was ideal and the staff were very friendly. It provided a nice leave of privacy and peacefulness despite being so close to the city center. I would definitely recommend it!

The sofa on the porch could have been softer, the room was a bit dark and the lighting very sharp. The toilet was a bit smelly, but that might have been due to the rain.

The garden is wonderful, the two pools are very refreshing. The staff is really nice. We got free bottled water every day. The rooms are quiet and spacious. We had a family room with 3 comfy beds. The breakfast was good, after we found out to order the juice without milk.

Bed was very hard. Rooms require better cleaning and a small renovation.

Overall we had a good stay. Rooms are a bit outdated and there was a smell of mold or wet inside. Bathrooms were ok, but not that clean. Area of the hotel was amazing! green and pools were clean. It’s located within the walking distance to some yoga courses, and plenty of cafes.

The WiFi in the room was abysmal, I had to tether from my phone to get any connection on my laptop. Breakfast options were minimal, but delicious.

I liked the location and the layout of the hotel, the staff was nice and the pools were great too. The room was spacious with plenty of space for things, and the bathroom - showering outside - was very cool too!
