The wifi didn’t reach our room, so we had to use our own data the whole time.

I was very comfortable during my stay here! The room was spacious and clean and had working AC. The owner was very sweet and very attentive. Would go back!

The shower pressure wasn't so good and it took a little while to get hot, but I was able to have a decent shower every day.

The view of the mountains were beautiful. The meals in the rooftop restaurant were very tasty and a good price. The staff were really friendly and helpful, helping me to visit everything that I wanted to. It was near to beautiful beaches perfect for snorkeling and not too far from the main attractions. It was very clean and comfortable

The street to Japan Shipwreck mostly in bad condition. Be careful if you use bike. .

I was sent to another Hostel (belongs to owner's relative). It is directly at beach. The sunset view on hills nearby are fantastic.

Way too hot. Rooms were probably designed to r with AC but in the same way as second floor hasn't been built, I guess COVID put a stop to AC. But we survived 🤗

The view from the rooftop restaurant is anaz and very calming. Room was very clean and comfortable, especially for such a price range.

A bit slower wifi, given wrong room ( with no view + no privacy) during check in, once original booking was shown, room has been changed. View was great although room did not match with the photos.

Nice view, if having room facing mountains, new roof top terrace to socialize, drin king water refill + coffee free of charge, hot water to shower, early check in was available. Happy with price/value ratio.

The location was not far from the centre but good enough distance away from the big road construction. About 5-10 mins away from the local grocer marts. There’s a laundromat next door and a rooftop restaurant so it’s super convenient. The view of the padi fields and hills are so calming and mesmerizing while sipping a cup of their local coffee. 3 mins walk on the left side you’ll find MMA Bali cafe and Melon cafe as well and I frequented there for my month-long stay. They also offer private airport pick up for a fee but you can also ask for shuttle pick up for a cheaper option. Motorbike rentals are available too so going around was easy and convenient. You can also book for tours or organise island hopping trips from them. Really grateful for the owners and caretakers as they were so accommodating and helpful, very warm people. I highly recommend and would stay with them if I visit again in the future.

We spend 4 nights and felt like home. The owners are so kind, the atmosphere is great. The rooftop is nice for the breakfast or even to take a coffee with a great view on the mountain. We rent a scooter at the hotel and they helped us to book the shuttle and the tickets for nusa penida. We definitely will miss the place and the owners. By the way The location is good to stay in Amed

Amazing place to stay in Amed! I loved the room and the shared are. The owners where very accommodating. I would always stay here again when back in Amed. Also the location was great and especially the view from the terrace when you get breakfast here!

Noise/shouting from sunrise in morning from people who live there (family that run it). Curtains were see-through so no privacy. Owners pushy for more money. Took aircon controller away unless we paid extra and harassed/lied to our taxi driver to try and get more money out of us. Advise ordering a taxi to somewhere just down the street if you do stay there. Staff not welcoming (stayed at lots of same budget places around Bali who were all miles more friendly)

The room was a good size with a nice bathroom. Bed was comfy. 5 mins walk from beach.

The family are amazing, our dive instructor was also part of the family, cooked food and enjoyed an afternoon drink with them, they couldn't be more helpful, drove us to denpasar, arranging motorcycles hire, and fishing trips, fresh flowers every morning, we have rebooked for another stay a month later, you won't regret staying in this beautiful place with an amazing view from the roof top bar.
