The breakfast menu doesnt have list of options while our stay was for five days, we felt like we were eating the same menu. Good be better.

This place was heaven for our last 5 days in Bali. The photos really don't do this place justice. A lot better in real life. You wouldn't need to leave this place at app if you didn't want too. They can provide you with everything. We got a massage at our villa and was amazing! They provide you with so much options, like having someone come cook you BBQ or have Balinese dancers while having your BBQ. This place is close to the main strip as well. Location/Accommodation/ Service was 2ND TO NONE !! 100000/10

We loved everything.

The service was absolutely amazing. Adana, our personal butler, was so cheerful and made us the most delicious and beautiful breakfasts daiy and kept the place immaculate. Wayan picked us up at the airport after a very late aqrrival and drove us to our hotel in Ubud. Everything was seamless. In addition, the villa was absolutely stunning and so spacious- 2BR, 2.5BA, open air living/dining space, an upstairs 'chill' space, kitchen with filtered water, the pool of course (which was much larger than we expected), gazeebo with fan, loungers, and gorgeous landscaping. The A/C was perfect and the location was very safe, quiet, and in walking distance to the Art Market and beaches.

We stayed in Villa 1 which was the first Villa of the property and had a lane/road or other villas on one side. We could hear dogs barking and some other noise through the day and night. But can't really blame the Hotel for that.

The staff were excellent. The service was great. They were extremely punctual and attended to every need including getting things from the Minimart for us. The breakfast in the Villa was excellent. The Villa, Pool was very well maintained. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

The staff are super attentive and are reachable at any given time! Value is great, very central location and the butler is sooooooo attentive too! Really calm quiet atmosphere, but you're still very close to everything! Ou cannot hear the road from the villas at all! Recommend 100%!

Insects (small lizards, mosquitoes etc) are inevitable considering the outdoor area. Also, despite having a dedicated butler for the villa to cook breakfast, the food wasn’t that good.

Such a great villa with a unique traditional design but also all modern facilities for convenience. The pool was also amazing and the location was great so it was quiet but also nearby a supermarket. Its great for families or groups of friends.

i booked villa 2 bedrooms with private villa , every thing was great, cleanliness, breakfast one of the staf come to your villa prepare it as you wish , i like the baliness decoration style , the staf were friendly helpful , the location was great near to attractions by walking distance i highly recommended , and for sure will stay there every times visit Bali in the future
