Our villa was very clean and extremely comfortable, with a beautiful Balinese feel to it. We loved the privacy of having our own pool as well. It was a little out of the hustle and bustle of Seminyak which suited us well due to the time of year, we walked into Seminyak most days which is only about 2km. the staff were very welcoming, accomodating and the breakfast was good. We look forward to staying again on return to Bali.

I couldn’t fault anything. it was such a great experience.

Our stay at the Wolas was absolutely perfect. The room has all of the privacy you want from a luxury villa experience with all of the amenities of being part of a resort with restaurant, room service and spa treatments available on request. The one bedroom villa was large for two people and had all of the features you would want. Beautiful outdoor area with large pool, enclosed bedroom with aircon, wifi, comfy bed, large shower and seperate bathtub. What really sets this villa apart is the amazing staff that make the experience outstanding. They are so devoted to making sure your stay is perfect. All of the little touches made us feel so special. They helped my partner plan the perfect birthday surprise while we were out of the villa. Coming in to see the decorations in the pool and a flower bath experience and birthday decorations on the bed were such a special touch. They also surprised me by having the staff come into the villa to sing happy birthday to me and give me cake. It was just such a perfect way to celebrate a special occasion. We can highly recommend the massages in the spa. We went 3 seperate times. They have great deals on each month for their treatments. The room service food was delicious! We regularly ordered the fruit platter which had beautiful sweet tropical fruit! Getting to our favourite Seminyak spots was only a $3-4 AUD taxi ride from the villa. Make sure you only use bluebird taxis. the receptionist can always order one for you and it arrives within minutes. Thank you so much Wolas Villa staff for such a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to come back to stay again!

Nothing everything was great I couldnt fault anything.The Wolas exceeded all of our expectations.

The wolas villas were everything the pictures showed. We organised an airport pickup and our flight was an hour and half late the driver was a Wolas employee and greeted us with a smile and took care of all our luggage.when we arrived the staff couldnt do enough for us and continued with that same service for the next 8 days. The staff at the Wolas are extremly friendly and courteous and couldnt do enough for you.The rooms and facilities are very clean.The food and drinks are reasonably priced and meals are exceptional with a big thanks to the four Chefs and all of the Staff. I would highly recomened staying at the Wolas and have already booked again for next year.

We really enjoy our stay at the wolas villas, the bed was very comfy and a clean nice pool. Breakfast was good. If you want have a peaceful and private accommodation with a nice pool this is the place for you!

Staff were very attentive and always smiling. especially the gentleman at the front desk, we didn’t catch his name, he was happy to help with all enquires. The TV channel reception quality was not the best, maybe if there were Netflix, Youtube option. Electrical plugs looked abit sketchy needs to be installed properly. Prepare for Mosquitos Lighting was abit too dark for the room at night for me especially the bathroom.. In the Daylight it was decent natural light.

The Spacious feel and cleaniness of the Villa especially the pool The Customer service and amenities available was excellent.

We paid up our account for anything owing IE meals drinks etc 2 nights before we checked out just to keep on top of things, we paid by cash, but unfortunately it wasn't entered into the system or ticked off, and by the end of our stay we had a couple more things on our tab that we knew we owed for.. When we went to check out there was a bit of a hiccup over the bill as they were still trying to charge us for the whole lot, and with a language barrier as well, things were becoming confusing and frustrating both ends. I ended up going back to the Villa and going thru the rubbish bin for the payment receipt as proof, luckily I found it. So then we only ended up paying for the couple of things we still owed for. It was all a bit embarrassing and a downer to our lovely stay, as it kind of looked as if we were trying to get out of it or couldn't pay it, and that is definitely not the case. Also we had pre payed our breakfast at the time of booking and had 3 choices of brekky, one on the list we chose was not included in the price, we were not told untill the end, when we were charged for it.

The Villa was beautiful spacious and clean. Loved it. The first night we didn't get alot of sleep as the bed was very hard, how ever they fixed it the next morning and it was great after that. The staff were very attentive and polite.

The pool was only cleaned on the second last day. Would have been nice to have it done before we arrived so we could enjoy the pool more. There werent enough electric sockets for chargers.
