We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumI asked for a quiet room, on arrival was given a room with communicating door and loud guest shouting on the phone next door which I could hear thru the communicating doors as if it were in my own room. After much hesitation as I hate to be "that guest", I finally went back to the reception and was given another more acceptable room politely and efficiently by the front desk staff. I did pre-check-in but still had to wait for 2 people to finish checking in procedures (they hadn't done the pre-check-in), so it didn't save me much time.
Very comfortable beds, good shuttle service every 30 min from the airport 24 hours, on-site restaurant is nice to have. Front desk personnel were efficient and helpful. Good idea to have pre-check-in to save time. Bar has a great selection of on tap beer.

United StatesRoom temperature was uncomfortably high probably because the air conditioning controls were not accurately calibrated . Who I adjust the temperature to 15 degrees C, every thing was fine.
Staff were great. Slight confusion at front desk resulted in an Upgrade. Great room on 3rd floor. Lovely long tub as well as great shower. Downstairs restaurant had excellent service and good food. Easy transfer to and from airport.

United KingdomIreland is too expensive for what you get, food, travel,accommodation, taxis. I've met many travellers who do not view Ireland as a competitive tourist destination and are avoiding it. There are much better options elsewhere and superior facilities for half the price. In addition the weather is cold damp and uninviting. The view from my room consisted of a large skip full of discarded building material. I believe Irelsnd has a small population and a very poor supply chain hence the exhorbetent Euro prices everywhere
Nice airport hotel as they go, good shuttle service to and from the airport. Friendly staff. Room was comfortable.. Staff are lovely although they appear a little bit disinterested.
