Extremely noisy wedding party on Friday night. Guests shouting at 2, 3,4 and 5am in the morning- nothing to stop this unacceptable behaviour. My wife got no sleep. Checkout during July and August cut from 12pm to 11am even on Saturday and Sundays.

This is a large hotel with lots of onsite services, though it lacks charm. It was as nice place to sleep, and it's close to the restaurants and pubs of the town. It served our purpose, but it is like a large chain hotel. Onsite parking was nice.

It's overpriced but there's a lack of competition in the town so they can get away with it. Bar staff weren't up to par compared to the other bars in the town, attitude wise.

The only complaint was that some of the doors were quite heavy, which may cause accessibility issues.

Beautiful hotel. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them. A big thank you to Gillian and Johnson who organised a fridge for our room. Bedrooms were beautiful and the beds themselves were very comfortable. I was very impressed with the pillows as they are usually useless in hotels. These were very good. The breakfast was gorgeous. Lot's of selections and very tasty. Denise and Fra there were brilliant and kept us sorted and in the craic. We ate in the bar on 2 nights and it was beautiful. Small menu and the food was amazing. I didn't use the leisure centre but it seemed nice. I did get a massage from Audrey, the beautician who is based in the leisure centre. AMAZING!!! I'll definitely be back.

It's not a complaint but although the room was ample in size, everything ie tea/coffee facilities, were all cramped together on the dressing table. To get access to the plug for the hairdryer, the coffee machine had to be moved (once the plug was located that is) . A small table or shelf for refreshments would be better.

The location was good for us. Near to the small shopping area so easily walkable.

I had dinner at the Bar one night, the food was good but nothing crazy, very slow to be served and they seemed annoyed they were busy, a bit expensive for the quality.

My room was great, the front desk staff was excellent. Very helpful, and warm. The location was great for day outings while still being relaxing.

Kettle was broken, we were too late for the leisure centre, no bath.

The room was really lovely, comfortable and quiet. V nice shower. No stress parking.

It was a very good location for what we were attending! One young lady in the restaurant was extremely helpful due to a miss communication with her other colleague and only for her we wouldn’t have been able to get the food we wanted. The showers were excellent

The lunch menu lasts til 4 we were hungry for dinner by then but look that is the only thing I can fault !

So modern staff were so nice and approachable and just sound ! Rooms were stunning bathroom even more so wow ! Food was fab drink was fairly priced and good location for driving places We stayed and went to Musgrave park €30 in a taxi away but worth it ! Deffo be back
