Pool was a community pool attached to a gym and had a lot of rules. No free breakfast. Hair in the bathroom. Very small outdated bathroom.

The only thing I can fault is the baby cot it was a travel cot but it had no mattress just a thin piece of foam. I ended up folding a blanket and it worked and the rooms are warm

We stayed here for 2 nights with our baby and really enjoyed ourselves rooms were clean beds were fab. The food in the Italian was good they even got a baby bowl from their other restaurant for us and that even tasted good 😂 the pool and changing rooms were spotless. The pool water was warm so our baby loved it. The location is great it’s quite easily accessible from the motorway and Liffey valley shopping centre. Staff were informative about different bus’s to the city. The staff were all very friendly

Patch on the wall was not painted over. Bath was not the cleanest, hairs in the tub. Noise from the motorway meant keeping the window closed and the room was stuffy and hot. Staff when I checked in were unpleasant and unhelpful Staff when I checked out seemed to be distracted.

We arrived very tired at 4 pm and still could not get into our room for 30 minutes (the room had been overlooked for cleaning) Some days we had tea bags and biscuits in the room and other days not!

The feeling I'm on a cruise ship with all the corridors and low ceilings. Also the doors, carpets etc and swimming pool facilities need serious renovation. Not enough ventilation.

The staff is super friendly and kind! Breakfast is also very tasty.

The place is run down. The corridors are untidy with pieces of rubbish lying around. The walls are scuffed and dirty.

Only 1 bedside lamp in the bedroom, I asked at reception for a 2nd lamp but it was not provided. €10 charge for overnight parking is unreasonable for guests staying in the hotel.

The doors slam too easily. We.could hear it through out the night from the nearby rooms. Some one smoked either on the balcony or the ground floor and we had our window open. The smell of the cigarette is unbearable. There is no air conditioning so we couldn't shut our window.

The bar area is very poor ,tattered chairs with no atmosphere at all , food was average and €7 for a 330ml of 0% is taking the p*** Shower head broken

It was hot in the room even with the window open. The staff brought up an additional fan, which did help.

The location is good due to the mall being so close. In the airport only a short distance away and that is why we stayed there because we had to go to the airport early.

The entire hotel feels worn down. The beds are new but the rest of the furniture in the rooms are quite used. The walls are paper thin, your sleeping heavily depends on the behavior of your neighbors. The elevators look like construction lifts. Breakfast was average in variety and quality as well

Check-in , too long a wait, the auto checkin machine said our room wasn’t ready even though we were after the 4pm checkin. The person at checkin never told us that our room was changed from our booking to an apartment and in a totally different building!! Wasted time trying to find our room in hotel block as we followed the signs for bedrooms. I think the rate is expensive considering parking isn’t free and breakfast wasn’t included.

Location - beside Liffey Valley shopping centre and outside of city centre. Staff helped order taxi for us and was there in a few minutes.

Property is in need of refurbishment and a number of amenities were not working. There was no running cold water in our room and the pull out bed was old and uncomfortable. One of the elevators in our part of the hotel was not working and there were significant delays getting downstairs. The pool area is in a poor state, in particular the men’s changing rooms. The jacuzzi was also not working.

Handy location and good sized rooms - perfect for a family. Staff were kind and helpful.

Reception and lifts area looks awful and the exterior of the hotel needs maintenance very badly

The entrance area, lifts, mirrors etc and the ground floor carpet was dirty and gave off a bad perception of the suites. If these areas were addressed and updated/cleaned it would make a huge difference as the suite itself was very clean and nice. Also there was some noise from the main road.

We stayed in the Liffey suites, the suite was spacious, clean and had more facilities than what we expected, the suite had a good size living area, kitchen and a separate bedroom and bathroom. The bed was very comfy.

Shower was broken...food in restaurant portions very poor for the price...seriously suggest going over to liffeyvalley shopping centre if ur hungry....breakfast was lovely but suggest someone sits at table if ur going up for tea coffee etc..our breakfast wasn't finished and removed from table even though we had our phone key card still on table
