Luxury rooms are very comfortable and clean, but economy rooms are just basic and tired which needs bit of upgrades.

As a guest of the hotel, I would have liked to have been able to view the rooftop restaurant (non service time) as a privilege of staying at the hotel. It would have also motivated us to eat at the hotel restaurant rather than going out.

The room was designed so beautifully. The front desk was polite and helpful. We arrived in Jaipur for Holi and the staff gave us special towels to use to wipe off the colour. They also arranged our day trips to Ajmer and the Fort. I found their taxi rate very affordable and fair.

There was only half a toilet roll on arrival and in general ypu had to always ask for more toilet paper. Also the windows were not really sealed and in the bathroom there always was an open window at the top. This lead to quite a lot of noise from the road outside.

The staff was very friendly and whenever you needed anything they were happy to help and provide advice. They never hesitated to bring you something or also carry your luggage for you. The bed was very comfortable too. Rooms were mostly clean and beautifully furnished. There were always tucktucks putsidr of the hotel and nearby there also very 2 restraunts and quite a view local bakeries reachable by foot.

Breakfast buffet had the exact same food options every day for the 4 nights that we stayed. Our room which was facing the street was a bit loud, although it is expected for India or they had thin walls.

The food was delicious. The rooms were clean. Everything mentioned in the descriptions was actually provided. The staff was always reachable and happy to help. The breakfast buffet was tasty. We recommend it.

Hotel is not how it is advertised on booking.com. There is no ambience to the hotel and it’s not very clear how to get inside. For non Indian, the check in process is ridiculous and took around 2hrs with them wanting our visas etc as well.

problem with payment, they did not accept European payment cards. there was no toilet paper in the room. older hotel, we were woken up by doorbells from other rooms, which were very noisy a separate bed was promised and ordered, but we got a double bed

A wonderful family hotel to stay in jaipur. We booked last minute but the hotel turned out to be very good. Neat and clean and comfortable. Value for money in every sense. The staff is humble and helped us a lot. We had a small baby with us. They provided us with milk and khichdi. The taste of the food was good. Breakfast had a lot of options from North indian to South Indian. Eggs ; juices, fruits etc. We hired a taxi for sightseeing from the hotel and the driver and car were good. We also kept our baggage with the hotel. I would say that it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in so far

We had a memorable stay at sarang palace . Best to stay with family and friends. Very comfortable. Good value for money. Rooms are large and have good sunlight. You can get a city view from each room. They have an amazing rooftop where we had candle light dinner and it is such an experience which we will never forget. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Food is great. The location is very comfortable and convenient. We hired a taxi for sightseeing from the hotel. They have everything which a traveller looks for . Keep it up

We had a fantastic stay at sarang palace . What a lovely family hotel in jaipur . Great location which is very near to all major sightseeing places and restaurants and shopping places . Good parking space . Hotel architecture is amazing. Has blend of Heritage and modern style. Our allocated room was very beautiful and comfortable with all modern facilities, neat and clean bathrooms . Good view from the room . Food in the restaurant pakwan is very tasty and reasonably priced . Breakfast spread was nice . We are very happy with our stay . Special thanks to their reception team

We trvalled with 7.5 Yr old child. We forgot to add her while booking online. When we reached, they charged 700 rs extra that too without extra bedding. For me it is too high.
