Breakfast did not have any hot options at all for vegetarians on the menu. Had to pay extra for omelette . There was no kettle & coffee / tea making facility in the room which was quite disappointing. There was only power shower in the room which was extremely cramped , so not a great experience with bath/ shower

Definitely not a 4-star hotel in terms of quality. Breakfast had many choices but the quality of the food was bad. The room was quite old (painting of walls scratched, humidity and bad smell). Overall the price is too high for what the hotel is oferring and does not reflect 4-star quality.

The location is nice. Bars, restaurants, beauty center, shops and other in the resort. Some of them were not open yet (End of april). The young staff was nice.

The rooms in the villa we stayed in need a renovation as they are old. Our door to the bathroom could not be closed and there was a poor smell from a moisture damage. We tried to change room but the alternative smelled in the same way. The rooms are not 4 star standard

The beach is very nice. It is a mixed pebbles and sand beach and from the water you have a beautiful view of Etna. The pool areas are good as well as the sport facilities e.g. gym, tennis and paddle. They had a big breakfast with many choices.

Coffee and orange juice could have been a little bit better.

We were accomodated in a little house. The house was in a wonderful surrounding and had its own little veranda. In the hotel, we loved the huge garden full of nice flowers and plants, the nice beach, the pool area and the good breakfast. The hotel is excellent with kids, as they surely will find some friends here. The kido daycare was very good, Giulia and Elisabeta ultra friendly and charming, Our daughter (8y) adored them. The playground is also fantastic for the kids. Breakfast was rich and provided almost everything you wanted. The surrounding of the hotel provided many nice restaurants and shops, perfect. Also, beautiful Taormina and the Beach of Isola Bella are quite close.

International hotel with Italian flavour but too big and commercial for us. Food was ok but better quality outside.

We stayed over 2 nights before heading to Taormina in October. The season was ending so hotel was not fully operational. Beach is good for the area but the sea was quite rough. Small Pool still open but we didn’t use it. Large pool closed. Most guests were “all-inclusive” package deals. Breakfast was ok.

The olimpic swimming pool was closed, even though I got confirmation by email days ago that it will be available. It is weird to have no mosquito screen on the balcony door Also, to pay for the beach towels, every time you change them...

All the evening restaurants at the hotel area that were open on late October started to serve dinner after 7pm - too late for us with kids. But nearby restaurants in the village opened earlier. Bathrooms were not ”up to date”

Breakfast was good. Hotel area very nice with children. Nice pools (one olympic, one for toddler age kids, one for a little bit elder ones and one normal pool). Gym and outside hobby facilities good.

The wifi in the room was unstable. It worked through a weird tv system and the television kept on crashing. The staff went above and beyond to help me, the even changed the tv set in my room but it was useless--i think its just the system. Eventually, they let me work from the business room, and everything went perfectly and smoothly. I'm very grateful!

Everything! The place is fantastic, the staff is extremely kind and helpful (even in the restaurant, coffee shop, and in the stores). The parking lot is safe and secure. The view from the room was just a amazing. I had to work a lot, but this stay made my life so much better! Grazie mille!!

Towels were put on the chairs by the pool - some were there a whole day without any people! And there were too many people by the pool. Didn't like the beach.

The staff from the evening cabares. The hotel itself is ok, but not for us. We went to Taormina for dinner almost every night which was the only thing that saved these days.

They could renew a little bit the bathrooms (but not that bad). Unfortunately not all the restaurants were open because it’s not high season in October. However the hotel was almost fully booked.

The breakfast had many options, great. Room was big enough. Had swimming pool for every taste, just a little bit cold in October. Beachfront was very convenient, just take your beach shoes for pebbles, they can hurt sometimes.

The noise in the room! We could here everything from below us and was a lot of noise! We received just 2 towels, even if we had also 2 kids It was the first 4 star hotel where we had to oay for the beach towels- makes no sense! I understand to oay a deposit for it, but not a tax for it. Also the firt hotel where you have to pay on spot, not on the room.. The breakfast it’s basic, yes you have options, but more a 3 star..as you have the same options each day and small selections of tea

We were with 2 kids and had an appartment in an annex. It was clean. The beach is clean and nice, but it’s a stone one. We’ve tried the buffet restaurant in one night and was good. We also tried the a la carte Stella restaurant and was great! I really recommend it!

Location , little far away from the main area of Giardini .

The facilities that we use were excellent and the pool areas and outdoor bars were all excellent and the beach area was good although limited free sun beds was a little harsh to stomach on the beach area . Breakfast was good if you don’t like English breakfast but you have a good choice of continental and fruit and cakes . Overall a great base if it wasn’t so far away from the main area of Giardini Naxos , but you have some good restaurants nearby .

One the one occasion we ate in for evening dinner it was quite poor. Rabbit or a slice of Pork with sliced potatoes and cauliflower all a bit bland and colourless, not much there other than salad and pasta.

The pool area was lovely, reception welcoming gym was brilliant
